”A clean and quiet hotel close to the Great Smoky Mountains entrance and the Tuckaleechee Caverns. Staff was very helpful and respectful. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay and to be close to nature, you would enjoy it as much as we did.”
”From checking in to checking out, hotel staff were courteous. I felt safe since the room entrance was outside instead of within the hotel. Nice breakfast with hot and cold food selections. Hotel is within a 45 minute drive to the Smokey Mountains entrance. I would stay here again.”

”We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 ”

The AC worked, fridge and microwave worked, hot running water, and the bed appeared clean with no lingering smells, the basics, the necessities.
