We recommend arriving by car to reach Luxury Villa Casa Maria in Stancija Spin near Tar, as this offers the freedom to explore the Istrian countryside. We provide three private parking spaces on the property. Pula Airport is approximately a sixty minute drive away. Since public transportation is limited in this rural area, a rental car is the most efficient way to reach the villa and visit nearby beaches or historic sites.



Other Things to Note:

Amenities include a private pool from May to November, linens, towels, air conditioning, heating, wireless internet, and parking. Mandatory online check in for identity verification is required before arrival.

Check in is daily from 16:00 to 21:00 and check out is by 10:00. Groups of young people are not accepted.

Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 10:00.

Pets are not allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited.
