An open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living space, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities.

The upper floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and opens onto an entrance hall.
