”We had reservations with this hotel for 2 months and when we arrived were told that due to a staff cleaning mishap they did not have a room for us. We travelled from Virginia to Nebraska feeling confident that when we arrived around 10pm our room would ready waiting for us. It seems having a reservation does not mean what it used to. We called earlier in the evening to ask if there was a time we needed to check in and were told no certain time but the rooms were filling fast. We told the clerk...

”The property was very clean and quiet. The room was very comfortable. Hotel is located within a short walking distance of a variety of food options”

”I liked everything. My only comment would be that I felt the bathtub was fairly slippery when I was taking a shower.”

”Excellent experience overall. Arrived late at night and the gentleman that greeted us was fantastic. Room was very clean and stocked with amenities. Breakfast bar was fresh with a variety of eats. First time at Home2Suites and will not be the last at Omaha West.”

”Overall it was a nice hotel but we got in super late & housekeeping was knocking at our door at 8:30am.”

”A nice and clean hotel with good road connections. In the room there is a loud air conditioning. In our case the location was perfect, but if you plan to stay in downtown, then this hotel is a bit too far, about 20 min by car. In any case a car is needed in Omaha.”

”Great place to stay. I did not get to use the pool or hot tub but they looked clean. Breakfast was great with gluten free products. I will stay there again”

”When arriving at the hotel, the parking ramp was blocked by someone fixing the entrance. After many cars piled up, he said nothing to anyone about how they could park. I finally circled the hotel multiple times which wasn’t easy due to the construction and one way streets, and found my way inside. When I checked out, I asked the front desk if I needed to bring my parking ticket back in prior to leaving. She looked up my room number and said I had already paid for the parking and I should just...

”Very disappointed in this hotel. They informed me at check in there was a $200 deposit. That's fine. They did not tell me there was $150 pet deposit plus tax. I am fine with paying a pet deposit usually it's deducted from the deposit being held. This is ridiculous to charge tax too. I travel a lot, I will make note that Residence Inn by Marriott is a ripoff. I think one night a pet deposit should not be more than the room fee.”
