”The bathroom in my non-smoking room absolutely reeked of smoke, there was visible mold on the bathroom floor, the wifi was incredibly slow (probably because the network was supposed to be password protected, but wasn't), and the floor was filthy (walked barefoot across the room one time and the bottoms of my feet were completely black). The bed wasn't very comfortable either, but that didn't bother me as much as the other issues.”

”Muy buena elección buena estancia”

”The hotel had a fresh clean smell upon walking in the door. The room was comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and had a good breakfast; although, the waffle machine was out of products. Front lady at the desk could have been friendlier. I guess she was having a bad day cause the computer was down. Wasn’t my fault. She said her speech about if you need anything, let me know, but I could tell she didn’t mean it. Room was clean minus a little bit of hair in shower. I’m sure housekeeping...

”Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. I would be very happy to stay there again.”

”The innkeeper was very kind and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and the inn's location is right next to downtown Pensacola. Great overall.”

”There was a very bad mildew smell to the property , the drains wouldn’t drain in the shower and the property was unfortunately damaged from the storm that recently passed through.”

”Breakfast was just ok not the best.”

”Room smelled a bit like mold, was told to get out of shower on night two due to leaking onto second floor and wasn’t given an option to switch rooms. Then the tv didn’t work. The staff however was extremely polite and understanding as well as helpful with trying to get the tv back working. However felt like I should have been comped or given a discount due to the circumstances.”

”outstanding! great location (very close to BJ'S, note for gas),”

”Staff was friendly”

”Great Staff! Very Clean”

”Great customer service. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean. Room is equipped with full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine. Separate living room. Breakfast had a wide selection. No powdered eggs ☺️. Hotel has laundry onsite. Ample parking, no fee. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway. Air vondiyioner worked great. The only issue was the fridge was loud. I would definitely stay here again.”
