”A great location to walk to the Historical District!”

”Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to serious cleanliness, pest, plumbing, and maintenance issues. There was garbage and debris under the beds, and balled-up cellophane tape and crumbs were found in more than one bed. Bugs were also found in the linen closet. Throughout our stay, we saw numerous flying insects that appeared to be termites, and on four separate occasions termites landed on us. There was significant damage to the floors that appeared consistent with wood rot or...

”Very nice”

”It was just my 8 year daughter and me (mom) for this trip. The pool and golf cart alone were great perks. We had a late flight so we arrived after midnight but it was no problem. It is in a great area and the house has a lot of room to spread out if needed. I had to work a few days while there and the internet connection was reliable and fast. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day with the rest of the family.”

”House was clean and cozy! Great for families. Host was kind and had excellent communication. Thank you!”

”Great location in downtown Palm Harbor. Walking distance to all the restaurants and night hotspots. Very roomy and secluded off the main drag. Parking is very convenient. Air conditioning is epic! Floors and windows are "authentic" rather than mechanically perfect, but we thought it added to the...

”We had a great time at this home away from home . Enjoyed the pool and the quietness of the neighborhood. Nice clean, pup friendly home .”

Everyone at Expedia and VRBO was helpful and once the host was involved, she was as well. I typically receive check-in instructions the day prior or morning of check in by email or text. This was not the case here and unsure why it didn’t happen. Even after I spoke to host, VRBO said the instructions were in my inbox but I could not see them, only...

”This is a must stay, if your visiting Down Town New Port Richey, Hudson and surrounding towns. Lovely host and great spots to dine and walk around. Also the house is beautiful.”

”Excellent stay. Would definitely stay there again.”

”the pictures and amenities of this property where not as the pictures and ad shows. this property is shared with three other properties in the same back yard, the pictures show a fire log pit and pond that are not accessible. the amenities say there is a washer and dryer and when i asked the host where they where, the reply was that it is not available for our stay and that there is a pay laundry down the street ”
