”Reasonable house, needs a bit of work. Downstairs bedrooms were a bit cool even with heaters provided. Upstairs area good with heating. The open fire needs a screen to stop sparks flicking onto floor/rug. Needs a gas bbq for an option to cook outside. Communication with owner was great.”

”Great outlook with floor to ceiling glass, spoilt by dirty windows. House is large, with great bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas. Kitchen iswell appointed, but lacked basic grocery items. The supplied sugar was lumpy and dirty, like a wet coffee spoon had been stirred through. Some minor work required to bring the property up to scratch - minor painting etc. Some otems need replacing- toaster, coffee machine, bathroom garbage bin amd toilet brush holder wtc. as they are old, dirty, rusty...
