”Spa was excellent”

”Very courteous and professional staffs at check in. They accommodated my request for an early check in after a red eye, which was very much appreciated. Clean facilities and spotless rooms.”

”With the exception of an elevator mishap, the property was immaculate. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Nice shower with good water flow. Nice to have YouTube so I was able to watch my concerts and follow events. Good location near the airport and not too far from the Metro. Good area for walking. Thanks for the nice hospitality!”

”A real 5 star hotel , location is absolutely fabulous , staff very courteous”

”Good location in central Tashkent. Small rooms. Comfortable beds. Slippers and bathrobes provided. Mediocre breakfast. Some staff members speak very limited English. Asking for a quiet room does not result in getting a quiet room. All in all the hotel is okay but not great.”

”Room was tidy and nice. Location is ok.”

”Not 5 star luxury standard, just due to showing it's age. Has the grandeur of 5 star in lobby. Staff were helpful enough, did have issues with room power cut and issues with registration as a tourist but were dealt with by staff.”

”The rooms were large and well maintained. The spa facilities were great and the central location is very convenient”

”Flink personale og godt morgenmadsbuffet”

”Pool was very crowded and noisy all the time. We tried to go there late in the evening but there was a private event so we could’nt get. Also the waiter in thw pool bar was al little bit rude. He didn’t smile, he didn’t open or pour the beer for us (we did it by ourselves). Also the beer was warm. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was full of different foods. We stayed for two nights and our room was never cleaned.”

”I enjoyed my stay - the hotel is well maintained and my room was comfortable. The Buffett breakfast was good with a variety of items. The staff is pleasant and efficient.”
