”Hotel is new and in great condition, staff are kind. But they are very slow and need proper training I think. Restaurant service is slow. I had to wait with small kid for 1,5 h to get our food (it was delicious, but such a slow service)
I visited the same hotel again in a few months and the same experience. Breakfast was not ready in the morning and nobody is the restaurant to prepare and we had to leave without breakfast.”

”We love this hotel. The staff provided excellent, excellent service. They showed courtesy and respect. Not to forget all staff were very friendly and very helpful with anything you might need. I just cannot express how satisfied i am with the professional service they provided.
Front desk staff have the best disposition and the greatest customer service you can get. Manager is a very kind, respectful and friendly person..It was just a great experience staying at this hotel.”

”Good location in central Tashkent. Small rooms. Comfortable beds. Slippers and bathrobes provided. Mediocre breakfast. Some staff members speak very limited English. Asking for a quiet room does not result in getting a quiet room. All in all the hotel is okay but not great.”
