”We were up at Waimarino to ski for the week with our two young children, the house was a perfect little bolt hole when weren’t on the mountain!Our only issues were that while there was a log burner and wood for it, unfortunately the wood was all rather damp and there was no way to chop any smaller kindling to even get the fire going, thank goodness for the heat pump, so we were all sorted! ”Easy self check in. Kitchen is extremely well equipped for cooking and baking plus air fryer and slow cooker and rice cooker. Great communal areas including outdoor areas which were usable in the bright winter days we were blessed with. Good showers one upstairs bathroom and one downstairs bathroom. ”Weddings are stressful so good accomodation is a must. You do have to bring linen etc, and the downstairs was a little musty? The location for us is perfect as backs onto our whare, so, Well definitely book again, Thank you ❣️”

”Fully fence plus corner site is really ideal for us. You can park the boat easily inside of the gate, site is flat so easy for our boat. We always need to take our dog for holiday, it's a lot easy with a fully fence site. Nice and quiet street. ”

”We really enjoyed our stay at the Haven. It was very warm with the wood burner and heaters in each bedroom. Big dining table and drying room were great benefits. Kids enjoyed variety of puzzles, board games and dress ups. ”

So much character, great open plan living area, plenty of sleeping space with comfy beds and a lovely setting.
