There is underground car parking for 2 small cars, with internal access. The bathroom has a spa bath, a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine.

The outdoor communal pool and hot tub is heated.

Relax on the balcony, in the evening, after a day of adventures.

The entire property is yours to enjoy, please note the internal staircase.

The bathroom is accessed via connecting doors from both bedrooms and is located on the upper floor. The separate toilet is on the middle floor.

The pool and hot hub is shared by the other guests staying at the complex.

A few meters walk to the lake front and a 10 minute walk to Taupo CBD where you can enjoy the many restaurants and activities on offer.

Before check in, guest will be asked to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non refundable damage waiver. (portal link will be sent in the to guest after your booking is confirmed)
Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you would like visitors during your stay, please let us know. This way we won`t disturb you if we consider there to be extra guests at the property.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay.
If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Please do not ask if extra guests/children can stay on blow up mattresses the answer will always be `no`, for health and safety reasons.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.
