The lake is an easy stroll down the hill and the town Centre only a short distance away.
Bring your bike, we have a bike rack with charging station for your ebike, all under cover.

The Space:
Boasting a spacious lounge dining area and 4 spacious bedrooms. Bedding configuration is – 2x King, 1x queen and 1x king single
Bedroom 1 has a king bed with ensuite and spectacular lake views, ensuite has a vanity, separate toilet and separate shower room, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and also boasts spectacular views over the lake and mountains. Bedroom 3 has a king bed and Jack & Jill entrance to the main bathroom. Bedroom 4 has a king single bed.
The main bathroom comprises of a vanity, toilet, shower and bathtub.

Complimentary Tea and coffee
We use hire serviced linen to provide our guests high quality linen. All beds are made up with a towel and face cloth provided for each guest. If you require extra towels for the beach or hot pools please bring your own.
This amazing home is suitable for a group of friends on a golf, shopping, fishing, skiing or sightseeing trip or just for the perfect getaway.

Guest Access:
The whole home is yours to access and enjoy.
PLEASE NOTE – This property is STRICTLY for a maximum of 6 and Strictly not suitable for parties, gatherings, events, or loud groups.
Not suitable for children.
No smoking or vaping inside.

Other Things to Note:
Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.
