You wont find a better spot to wake up and enjoy the morning sunrise. In the evenings, fire up the BBQ and enjoy the glistening backdrop of Lake Taupo.



Two of the bedrooms have their own gas fire-place - and their own private ensuite bathroom.



Heatpump/Air-conditioning unit, plus underfloor heating will keep you comfortable all year round.



All bedding and towels are provided for you.



Wifi included, and Nespresso pod coffee machine supplied.

Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed



Bedroom 3: 1 x Single Bed & 1 x Single Over Double Bunk Bed



If you require the Split-King bed to be made as 2x Singles beds, please let us know at least 5 days prior to your arrival.

Parking: Ample parking space is available for 2 vehicles



Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.



Linen included – We are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
