The location puts the best of Taupo within easy reach, whether you're after water activities, a lakeside walk, or simply a great coffee and a meal out.



The home has been fully renovated and is spread across two generous levels, sleeping up to 12 guests across six bedrooms. Upstairs, the main living area opens onto a large sunny deck - the perfect spot fire up the BBQ, or to take in thee mountain and lake views.



The layout works especially well for groups and extended families. The downstairs level offers a self-contained living area with its own lounge, kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom — giving guests the option to spread out and have a degree of independence while still sharing the same home. A large double garage and space for up to four vehicles means there's room for the boat or trailer too.



Inside, the home is comfortable and well-equipped, with a gas cooktop, Nespresso machine, and a washing machine on each level. Heat pumps in the lounge and master bedroom, plus panel heaters downstairs, keep things warm year-round. A trampoline on the back patio rounds things out for families with kids.

House Rules and Information:



Parking: Up to 4 vehicles on site. Park in the double garage or on the driveway. Boat and trailer parking available.



Security camera: There is an external cameras set up at the front of the property for security purposes.



Pet-friendly by prior arrangement only. A pet fee and bond applies.



Linen included: Yes — professionally laundered linen and towels are provided.



Cleaning: Exit clean is included in the nightly rate. Please leave the property tidy, with dishes clean and all food removed. Rubbish must be neatly bagged. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the property is left in an unsatisfactory condition.



Parties/events/noise: No parties or events. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for neighbours.



Smoking/vaping: No smoking or vaping inside the property.
