There are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room for two more guests. Air conditioning is available in the living room and all bedrooms. The apartment features two bathrooms with showers. Outside, you'll find a table and chairs for eight—ideal for outdoor meals—and a shared pool with a shower for sunbathing and relaxing.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, hand blender, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, 300-liter water heater, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, washing machine, and TV with Portuguese and international channels, as well as internet. Two private parking spaces are available in the garage, with direct elevator access to the ground floor.
