”Our stay was absolutely horrible. We stayed here for a week. Our first room had a cracked tub and it leaked water. Didn't have a smoke alarm. They did move us to another room and the new room smelled like old pet urine. Was so bad that it made it hard to breathe. Also TV didn't work. I tried to wait it out but it is so bad. Went to talk to front desk. Then told that they are fully booked and had dirty rooms so they couldn't move us. Their solution was to keep our window open. Go to open the...

”Weird place. Check-in only by electronic kiosk. No people. A closet but no hangers or bar to hang them on. A place for in-room coffee but no machine or packets. The manager twice told us the hotel didn’t provide breakfast. In the morning, there were omelette, sausages, hash browns, bagels, cereal and yogurt. As I said: Weird. Otherwise, great bed, great shower, two big TVs, and tasty coffee in lobby.”

”This hotel looked like they tried to make cosmetic repairs but they cut a lot of corners. Our bedding was dirty. The toilet did not flush. The bathtub had no drain so would not hold water. Everything looked messy, like the paint sprayed all over the shower head. The elevator was so slow! Highway noise was extremely loud all night. The scariest part was that our door did not latch. ”Was hesitant about booking, price was much lower than other hotels in the area.( Usually cheaper doesn't mean as good) but was very happy with the cleanliness of the room. Room had all the amenities including a full refrigerator. Only bad thing was the outside exit would not open with key card and no continental breakfast. Would stay again!”

”Expedia showed that sofa beds were in the room but they had been removed so we had to switch rooms. Nothing earth shattering but after a long day of driving was sure annoying.”

”When you get there, you have to ring a bell, and the person comes to greet you. She was very kind and friendly however, the room had about 10 flies for some reason and a bunch of dead flies on the floor overall pretty filthy a bunch of hair on the floor Everywhere that had never been swept up from the last person was unable to take a shower because only water came from the tub faucet and not the showerhead above. Definitely asked to see the room before you accept it. It was OK for a one night...

”So that we are clear, i will stay here again. Took 29 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk. No garbage can in the room and a cple of things missed in the bathroom from maid service. Not your typical hotel. But as stated i would stay there again.”

”We walked in the hotel and it was so dirty and the gentlemen at the front desk was on the phone yelling at someone. Broken lights, broken windows. We ended up walking out and got another hotel”

”Bed was comfortable but the towels for both the rooms and pool are way too small. The pool towels are basically hand towels. Waffles were great for breakfast!”
