”Hotelli oli kaikinpuolin OK kokemus. Huone oli hieman kylmä ja suihkusta tuli vettä todella huonolla paineella. Mutta koska St Andrews on pieni kaupunki hotelli oli kuitenkin kävelymatkna päässä kaikista nähtävyyksistä (vaikkakin hieman syrjässä) ja tilat olivat siistit. Aamiainen oli ihan mukava, kaikille varmasti löytyi jotakin.”

”Room was great, Carlotta was very welcoming. Fridge for the use of guests is an excellent idea. Great choice at breakfast. If there's a downside it's that the extractor fan in the en suite ran for a full 1 minutes after the light was put out.”

”A slightly hard to find country hotel with a royal service. Environmentally and aesthetically a paradise in a middle of nowhere. Excellent dinner served with dedication. On a negative side, it was nearly impossible to shut the toilet door that got stuck into frame.”

”Odotukset tämän hintaisella hotellille oli korkeat. Vuoteessa ei ollut sijauspatjaa joten yö oli aika huono. Ravintolan ruoka oli hivenen mautonta, kannattaa syödä muualla. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja piha näyttävä puutarha. En pysty nyt kyllä suosittelemaan.”

”Absolutely beautiful place to stay. My first time in Scotland and this hotel felt like a home. The staff were some of the most friendly I have encountered on my travels. The views outside were to die for. I did come during a heat wave and my room did not have a/c. I will say though it added to the pathetic of a very old school hotel which I did think was fun. Overall I will be staying here each time I visit Dundee. ”

”All the staff that I met were very helpful. Especially as I had left my charger for mobile at home they provided me with one. As the kitchen was out of commission in evening they arranged a meal for me. I have stayed in a few hotels over europe and this was one of the better ones.”

”Clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast, good choice of food. My room had a sitting area which was a plus. Also, room to sit in downstairs. Good position on edge of town, near to loch walk.”
