”We needed a place to stay for the practice rounds of the Open at St. Andrews and this idyllic town on the River Tay was perfect. The pictures are quite accurate, but remember, if you’re visiting in summer, that this house and nearly all of Scotland has no air conditioning. We bought two tower fans and left them for others who might need in order to sleep at night. The kitchen was complete, the lining room large, the TV worked well and the beds comfortable. The yard was ideal for a quiet sit....

"Kolmen hengen huone, ystävien kanssa jaettuna. Huone siisti, hiukan kuluneisuutta nähtävissä. Kosteus kerääntyy ikkunaan yön aikana. Levitettävä sohva yhden yön aikana menee hyvin. Sängyn patja hiukan kova. Kylpyhuone iso, suihkun lisäksi kylpyamme. Aamupala maksetaan pankkikortilla, käteinen ei käy. Aamupala runsas ja lisää voi hakea. Uima-allas pienehkö ja hyvin klooripitoinen vesi. Höyrysauna oli kuumempi kuin tavallinen kuiva sauna (ei ihan suomalainen, kiuas piilotettu lauteiden taakse eikä heitetä vettä) Hotelli sellainen että voisi toistekin poiketa, nyt oltiin 2 yötä. "
