Our AVE Homes branch in Tayug, Pangasinan is conveniently located within walking distance of Tayug Town Plaza. Our family studio-type apartment is fully furnished, featuring more than just a room – it includes a compact, fully-equipped kitchen for your meal preparation needs. Additionally, we provide a washing machine, making it an ideal choice for extended staycations. This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to five (5) guests.
The space
You'll appreciate the idea of feeling right at home during your staycation, as you'll have your own dedicated space—a personal studio unit equipped with everything you need. This includes a smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube, a split-type air conditioner, IKEA wall mounted table & 2 chairs where you can dine, beautifully crafted wooden chair, a fully equipped kitchen featuring a rice cooker, small refrigerator, microwave, stove, pots, pans, and dinnerware, an automatic washing machine, and a private bathroom with a refreshing hot water shower.
