The Top Location 3 bedroom Apartment in a 19th Century Historical House, by the FREEDOM SQUARE .
2 bedrooms have windows overlooking the Dadiani street and view of the hill , Statue of Mother of Georgia and guest can also see the Sameba and Netekhi churches.
The space
The interior is designed in a classic / vintage style. There is a wardrobe ( pull down) bed in one of the bedroom, so family with 2 kids , or 4 friends can sleep in there. In second bedroom there is only one bed, Quinn size and in the 3rd bedroom ( decorated in modern style . it’s a Quinn bed too. All 3 bedrooms have TV ( Sharp, model of 2017) with about 250 international channels. All channels are totally free of charge including 18+ channels ( access via password , which will be provided in the info package after the reservation procedure completed).
Both of the bedrooms have windows watching on Dadiani Street. The cars moving only single direction so and the streets itself isn’t large so the cars move in one line and therefore the street noise really at the acceptable level. Kitchen has a gas cooker , a cattle, full cutlery , plates, tea cups , champagne and wine glasses. Every reservation gets a free bottle of a champagne (local sparkling wine).
In the living room there also is a dining table and 40” TV on the wall.
Please note that the Vintage Radio ( used as a sofa desk) is not in a working order . Also the wall paneling is not from the hard material so would appreciate if our guests will not be touching and testing them)
