”Check in was quick and efficient - and we found we had been upgraded to an upstairs Queen suite. It was spacious, the bed very comfortable and facilities good. Tv, fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery and some glassware provided.
Coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and chocolate replenished each day. The bathroom was large with a powerful shower. Hot water was plentiful.
We chose The Com Plex due to its location just off the main street. Two supermarkets were within easy walking distance....

Possibility to use a laundry machine was a nice bonus for travelers who had been on road for a week.
We asked to cancel our second night as we could not go to the volcano island due to weather conditions.
Cancelling was no problem at all and the re-fund was on my account almost before we left the city - awesome!!

My only suggestion is in reference to the showers.
I found it really annoying having nowhere other than a couple of silly hooks to put ones clothes on in the shower ( If there were more hooks, they were so close together that your clothes fell off). As well as that there was nowhere to put my toilet bag other than on the floor which was often wet and/ or sandy. In the past there were slings...
