    The Space
    Step inside and feel instantly at ease. Each bedroom is thoughtfully styled with comfort in mind, including two king rooms and a flexible third bedroom that can be split into singles. Upstairs are bedrooms three and four, which feature a full bathroom with bath, shower, and toilet — perfect for families or groups.
    The home is designed for connection and relaxation, with multiple lounge areas and seamless indoor-outdoor flow to the alfresco entertaining space and pool. The fully equipped kitchen features quality stainless-steel appliances including a coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave. The light-filled dining area opens onto the outdoor space — perfect for long lunches or evening drinks by the pool.

    Tucked away on Dunshea Ave, a quiet street, yet just moments from everything:
    • Walk via private gate access to Tea Gardens Country Club
    • Stroll to the Myall River, cafés, bakeries & local pubs
    • Short drive to pristine beaches

    Whether you're here for a weekend escape or a longer stay, The Banksia’s offers the perfect blend of luxury and laid-back coastal living.

    Important Points

    -Maximum 6 adults only.

    -You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.

    -Double garage available to guests — secondary onsite garage not available.

    -Onsite external security cameras for use when not occupied (front door, driveway and back fence).

    -Strict no party or function policy.

    -This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries, etc.

    -Advertisement may include scenery images of our area.
