"The good- The Cooling Rack restaurant has two of the best meals we had in Belize - Crispy Pineapple Jerk Chicken (not the one served in the pineapple) and the Chaya Maya Pasta were phenomenal. "Family of 6. Stayed two nights. The house is top notch. Just beautiful. Spacious and clean. The pool is cool and refreshing. Dream kitchen. We loved every bit of it. And Tito was super incredible. Very communicative and helpful. All in all a terrific experience"
