”O Hostal é um lugar acessível e fácil para ficar em Montevideu. São quartos coletivos, alguns com banheiro no quarto outros não. ”At my first visit at 21st of September, I came to hotel at 8:30 am. I was prepared to leave my luggage to recepcion until I can get into my room in afternoon. I was happily suprised, when receptionist informed me, that my room will be ready within 30 minutes. ”The reception staff could not help in arranging the pre-booked gluten free breakfast which is a must for celiac people. However, the manager dealt with it finally very effectively and corrected the problem.”
”The room had a very weird and bad smell throughout our stay (the whole floor did). The service was mostly in Spanish and not super friendly. They gave us two keys, but later when we had issues with the key they explained that only one of the keys work, so not great for a group of three, as one of us came in alone with a key that didn't work. Location was nice if you want to go to the beach. ”
”Excellent customer service. I have stayed here before but this time Ana was the difference. She was very helpful and made sure everything was perfect and took care of everything. I needed some help with luggage, getting a taxi at 4:30am. She even made sure I had refreshments ready for my early departure to the airport. This is my new home away from home. Thanks Ana ”

"Pasamos bien en total 10 noches en dos partes. Personal muy amable, habitación de buen tamaño, cama cómoda. Linda piscina aunque no tan linda como se ve en las fotos. Spa agradable también con agua caliente. En el desayuno podría haber más fruta cortada y no solo naranja o pomelo . "
