”Very good breakfast and personnel. Only the bananas were too raw or too old. Other than that, excellent.”

”Lovely staff, friendly people. Huge carpark, reasonably priced bar. Comfy bed, loads of hot water and an actual bath! Close to town but lots of green around the hotel. Always first choice to stay here when we're visiting family in Boro”

”Nice room and straightforward checking in. Good value if you are on a budget. Small bedroom and bathroom but good well equipped shared kitchen with all facilities including washing machine with line and pegs outside if needed.”

”Check in supposed to be 4pm and still trying to contact landlord at 4.30pm to gain access. Smoke detector off wall and sat on stairs, leaky radiator with a glass under to catch drips, damaged flooring. Dirty throughout. Not good.”

”Breakfast was poor.Strange people living in the hotel.Poor service.Wouldnt recommend.”

”A beautiful room, so relaxing. We loved it all. Only shame was that always greeted with empty reception, but didn’t have to wait too long x”

”Very poor quality sofa bed, should be 2 singles for adults or children.”

”Very nice surprise with the location at the bottom of Roseberry Toppin , didn’t know about this until we arrived . The hotel is a treat to stay there. We were going to a friends house in Whitby and travelling from west of Scotland. Hence it was good to stop off , we visited Stokesley near bye and loved the English village life . We will stop here again and the cost was worth it.”

”Room was nice and clean. Liked that there was a separate door you could use to go out and it from the hotel. Very dissapointed that they did not serve breakfast at the hotel dispite advertising it. Sunday roadt was amazing!”
