Secluded Mountian Resort

You will be staying in a beautiful mountain home sitting up on Alpine Forest at 5400 ft above sea level. The home sits on 3 acres and is fenced in and very secluded. We experience four seasons here. You will see lots of wildlife and beautiful mountain scenery.
The space
The house has a open floor plan, Living room, Dining room and Kitchen. There are three bedrooms, a large master with queen size bed and its own bathroom a second guest bedroom with a queen bed, connected to the guest bathroom and a third smaller bedroom with a twin trundle bed. There is also a sunroom that connects to the front deck area from the living room. Laundry room with a full washer and dryer.
Guest access
This house is in upper Alpine Forest about 20 mins from downtown Tehachapi. The last 1/3 mile is on well maintained dirt roads. The house sits on 3 acres fenced in and is very secluded with ample parking etc. You will not see any other houses as far as you can see from the property.
Other things to note
POWER
This home is off grid meaning that it uses solar panels and a windmill to charge batteries to run all power in the home. When the Batteries get low the propane generator will need to be started. (Jerry caretaker will start the gene or inform you how to start it.)
There is a gage read out in the laundry room back left closet by the water heater Please monitor it and if it gets down to 46 the generator must be started.
PLEASE TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS UNLESS YOU ARE USING THEM.
PLEASE TURN OFF ALL TVS WHEN NOT WATCHING
IF THE POWER DROPS BELOW 46 THE HOUSE WILL GO DARK AND THE GENERATOR MUST RUN FOR POWER.

WATER
This is Well Water and is amazing and clean. This is hard water filled with minerals. Use the Berkey Water Filter by filling the top with tap water and good drinking water will come out of the bottom tap, It's the silver canister to the left of the refrigerator.
