Ensimmäinen ja viimeinen kerta...
Netissä olevat kuvat hotellista antoivat aivan päinvastaisen kuvan asunnosta... erittäin meluisa, koska ikkunat tuntuivat olevan paperia, todella kostea huoneisto (mikään ei kuivunut, vaatteet kosteita/ märkiä viikon jälkeen), katosta tippui palasia lattialle ilmeisesti yläkerran vesivahingosta johtuen ja katto oli homeessa / märkiä läikkiä täynnä, huoneisto oli epäsiisti (ml. likaisia petivaatteita) Ainut positiivinen asia oli sijainti, muutoin täysin hukkaan heitetty (ylihintainen) rahasumma viikosta.

Great and cozy studio for 2 adults. Property is not as renovated as it look in the pictures, however location is perfect - only 2 blocks from the beach, great restaurants, very close from Carmel market. Jorden made a wonderful job with all communication and she even help us to print our boarding passes and PCR testings before our departure. Thanks for making us feel at home

Leider war es, aufgrund einer Baustelle vor dem Haus, ab 7 Uhr morgens sehr laut. Die graue Couch ist ziemlich verschmutzt und könnte eine Reinigung gut vertragen und das Bad ist mit leichtem Schimmel befallen. Die Matratze war recht hart, was aber nun mal Geschmack Sache ist. Der Kontakt per WhatsApp war hervorragend, sodass wir alles schnell besprechen konnten (Check-in / Check-out)!

Das Foto entspricht nicht der Unterkunft. Sie war zu ebener Erde, Zugang vom Hof in dem es nach Katzenurin stank. Das Zimmer sah noch akzeptabel aus, aber die Küche, in die man sogleich nach einer schäbigen Wohnungstür kam, war heruntergekommen und erst recht das Bad. Alles sehr kaputt und verbraucht. Es roch außerdem schimmlig. Der Preis war dafür unverschämt. Man versuchte ihn mit der zentralen Lage und Nähe zum Strand zu rechtfertigen und dass alles in Tel Aviv teuer sei. Es überhaupt Urlaubern anzubieten ist frech. Ich musste das Quartier zum ersten Mal ablehnen. Wir bekamen zwar ein anderes und besseres, mussten aber noch draufzahlen. Auch dort war einiges verfallen: Im Bad fielen die Fliesen ab, das Waschbecken hing schräg von der Wand, die Regale rostig, eine schäbige Badewanne, so auch in der Küche, die direkt in einem Zimmer war. Auch hier wurde der Preis mit der Lage gerechtfertigt. Wenigstens machte man wirklich sauber. Eine Schabe lief uns trotzdem über den Weg. Wir baten um eine Gegenmaßnahme. Darum wurde sich nicht wirklich gekümmert. Ich würde mich schämen, ein heruntergekommenes Bad und offene Löcher aus denen Kabel zu sehen sind, sowie einen Zweitfernseher nur als Alibi... Urlaubern anzubieten und noch eine Menge Geld zu verlangen.

Great location - good apartment
First off - the location is fantastic. Close to Bograshov beach, next to a supermarket and easy access to taxis/Public transport. Check in was straightforward and hassle free. The bathroom was a bit dated but it was in line with what's on offer around most Tel Aviv. I particularly liked the attention to detail around what was made available in the apartment ( especially scented candles in the kitchen drawer!) I would happily reccomend this company and the apartment ( Ben Yehuda 31)

Worst experience ever.
TelAviving is the worst hotel experience i have ever had. The manager was unreachable and rude. Didnt care at all. The place was a dump. We left early. Do not stay here.

This place could be wonderful!! It is very good located,is big enough for 2 people...but it needs TLC urgently! The windows,walls are super dirty, the curtains are stained,the shower is terrible,the bathroom door was broken,the bed made so much noise I found myself sleeping on the sofa bed. All of it needs cleaning,painting,mopping! In general,the building is on a very bad state.

Perfect location but less than perfect unit.
The location was perfect, very close to Dizengoff Square. However, the studio unit was tiny and stuffy; the overhead fan didn’t work (although the air conditioner did); there were no hooks or towel racks in the bathroom; no closet, hooks or anywhere to hang clothes; no coffee maker; and, apart from liquid soap in the bathroom, no toiletries were provided.

Everything very new; Bed new and all clean. Amenities weak- No plates, real cups, silverware, pots-; maybe so new, but personally don’t like to be ‘guini pig’. Israeli washing machines are all in Hebrew and hard to wash clothes. (Confusing).

Trata-se de um apartamento de dois quartos próximo à praia e ao Mercado Carmel. O que nos desagradou foi o fato de que as fotos divulgadas no site hotéis.com, não correspondiam ao apartamento alugado. O endereço que constava na minha reserva tb era diferente do ap que nos foi destinado. Segundo o funcionário que nos atendeu o Tel-Aviving é uma empresa de aluguel de temporada que tem vários apartamentos. Assim as fotos são de vários deles. Deixo aqui, então, meu alerta aos viajantes de se certificarem, sobre a autenticidade das informações publicadas ao fazerem suas reservas.

Le studio ne correspond pas à la photo jointe. Il est très bien situé(près des zones touristiques animées et de la plage). Le confort est spartiate. De plus, le WIFI est tombé 2 fois en 4 jours. La température de la douche n'est pas constante. Il a fallu utiliser la marche forcée du thermostat. Bonne réactivité des contacts sur place

Great place. Manager checked up on me to make sure everything was good. Was set up with a good studio near dizengoff center, so I was near tons of restaurants, the beach, a mall and the main bus lines. Great location and had an excellent stay. Definitely recommend

An old flat near the Tel-Aviv beach
This was an old apartment in an old building that needed a renovation. In addition to the listed price they also required payment of a cleaning fee upon arrival. This required some effort on my part as I needed to call them to arrange time when the fee would be collected. It was was fast - a guy came at the pre-specified time and I was able to pay with my credit card. Still the payment procedure needs a better organization as well as the check-in process itself as it also required several calls on my part. When I arrived I discovered a rubbish left from the previous guest in the rubbish bin. Had the apartment been actually cleaned? The washing basin in the bath room was really small. I had never seen such a small basin before. It was inconvenient to use. The conditioner though worked fine. There was only one hanger in the wardrobe. I expected at least four. Wi-fi did not work at some times. The apartment is in good area near the beach and my stay was overall good.

I had a bit of an issue with the first property initially but the owner gave me a free upgrade to a much better property in Ben Yehuda. It was a good location, near the beach and many eateries that are open even on Sabbath.

Poor value for quality
Nice and safe location (HaKovshim 22), close to beach. However bedsheets with holes and tough pillows. Thin walls and we could hear cats noice at night. Windows don’t have Mosquitos protection, so we could not open the windows, thus was hot at night. Also a huge bug was in the room when we arrived.
