The property is located in a quiet residential area of Telde, offering the perfect balance between local charm and everyday convenience. Guests will find supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, and other essential services nearby, while the historic centre of Telde is just a short distance away, with its traditional Canarian architecture, charming streets, and local markets.

The location is ideal for exploring the east coast of Gran Canaria. Beautiful beaches such as Melenara, Salinetas, and Playa de La Garita are only a short drive away, while Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Gran Canaria Airport can both be reached in approximately 15–20 minutes by car. Its central position also makes it an excellent base for discovering the island's diverse landscapes and attractions.

It is a very accessible and well-connected area. You can easily get around on foot in the historic centre, as many streets are pedestrianised and close to each other. There are also bus stops nearby that connect to other areas of Telde and Las Palmas. If you have a car, there are public car parks in the surrounding area. In addition, services such as taxis and car hire are available for your convenience.

You can enter the accommodation at any time after 15:00. Early check-in can only be arranged on request. If you need it, please send us an email.
