”Very nice hotel and a bonus was there was a good restaurant in the parking lot you could just walk to. My only disappointment was the website said it was 9.5 miles from the attraction I was there to see and it was at least 20 miles away.”

”Room was a handicapped room. Shower/tub floor extremely slippery and dangerous. Knobs to turn on shower were ridiculous to adjust without getting in the shower first to adjust. Had to hang on to the shower rails to move in the tight tub to shower because we kept slipping in the shower. We are not even handicapped! Bed soft but ok. Staff friendly. Elevator floors sticky and dirty —there were grad parties but floors were gross”

”I will definitely be back to stay in this hotel. The location is great and it was close to everywhere we needed to go. The staff was super sweet and helpful! My only issue was the lack of towels and toilet paper given in the room.”

”Room was clean and the hotel is in a good location near downtown. There are plenty of restaurants and gas stations nearby. Its a older hotel with rooms entered from the outside. Great for a one night stay.”

”The room was clean the bedrooms were quiet and the area was nice. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and had great service. The only thing I would change is I would open the pool up earlier in the morning, it opened at 10 and we could not use it and in the room we could not control the thermostat on our AC so we could not keep the fan running through the night. Other than that everything was great.”

”Ok place to stay for 1 or 2 night if your just visiting. Sleep was good. TV good. Breakfast nothing to write home about. Toilet was very slow. Clean and quiet for being next to highway.”

”Awful. Dirty. Outdated. No hand soap. Window being help closed w duct tape. Moldy shower curtain. Ancient ice machine, the kind Kevin could stick his tired digs in.”

”The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a fridge & microwave. The bed was comfortable and sheets & comforter were very white. The only issue to me was that the images online showed a pool but there wasn't one. I think that really had to do with how confusing the internet is sometimes. The front desk people were pleasant & easy check-in. I'm not sure why it gets low ratings. It is a good value for the price. We would stay there again. Soda machine was $1.00 (Yahoo).”

”The shining star of Best Western was the lady who worked the desk and drove the shuttle to the airport. She was extremely gracious and polite.”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at RT Lodge. Staff was fantastic! They were all well put together polite and were there to help you with anything that you needed. The restaurant was delicious and had new things for us to try! The Lodge is nestled in the woods in Maryville, it was a great location that made you feel away when you were in the city.”

”Clean room, very helpful nice old man who checked us in. Value for money for sure! We rested and watched movies, all and all nice stay.”
