  • Kilpailijat tarjoavat ihanan sijainnin ihanassa Gondolan kaupunginosassa, vain korttelin päässä Gondolista ja tuolihissiä 8 helpottaen hiihtoa talvella. Ja vain muutaman korttelin päässä Telluride-festivaalialueelta ja luonnonkauniilta San Miguel -joen reitiltä kesätoimintaan. Keskusta Telluride on vain 2 korttelia.

    Tässä loma-asunnossa ei tarvita autoa, koska se on kaupungin keskustassa ja kaikki on kävelyetäisyydellä. Yksi autokatostila on käytettävissä, jos sinulla on auto. Gondolin yläosa on vain 6 minuutin ajomatkan päässä ilmaisella gondolallamme ja vielä 6 minuuttia vuorikylän ytimeen, joka toimii päivittäin klo 7.00–22.00. Telluriden ilmainen kuljetuspalvelu "The Galloping Goose" kiertää kaupunkia 15 minuutin välein ja tulee heti oven edessä.

This is a wonderful property that is everything it says on the listing and more. It's a well maintained and welcoming property in a perfect location in Telluride. The amenities are perfect and support a relaxing atmosphere in the home. The kitchen is superb and well stocked with everything you need. The local team is responsive and helpful on a moment's notice. We would happily return here anytime we are in the area.

Perfect home and location for your ski vacation

The beautiful home was perfect for 3 couples to live and dine comfortable together. The location was very close to the gondola and historic downtown. Being able to walk everywhere for dining and shopping is priceless. The charm of the town is unparalleled. We already reserved our week for next year.

House is very nice and within 2 blocks of grocery store. Definitely recommend. Back unit is under construction so no parking at unit but rather on the street.

Fabulous location for a town-centric Telluride stay!

We had a terrific experience staying at Racer’s Roost. We are a family of four with two adult children (18 & 22) who enjoy cooking, eating out, skiing, yoga, and generally being active outside. The Roost is ideally suited for a family where everyone is active but not everyone skis as the town and Telluride’s cross country facility keeps the non-skiers healthy and happy. For nights in, the kitchen is very well appointed for a family that enjoys cooking, better than most VRBOs in our experience, For nights out, our favorite restaurants were a short walk away. The rooms are all very comfortable and clean, the bathrooms upstairs have steam showers and bathtubs, the outdoor hot-tub was very clean and very welcomed after a full day’s activities. Certainly recommend this VRBO!

Perfect Location

During our recent stay in Telluride, we wanted to just relax without any hard and fast plans so I picked a location in town so that we could walk to dinner or shops. I hadn’t been in Telluride before so wasn’t 100% sure what the “getting around” would look like. It was the BEST location. 3 minute walks to dinner and shops, super easy. While it was just my husband and myself, the property had 3 bedrooms complete with their own full-size bathrooms so would be great for multiple couples or a bigger family. The bed was comfy plus plenty of pillows made for a great night’s sleep. The hot tub on the little 2nd floor deck was visited most nights. It was good and hot and very clean (some aren’t, as you know) and the line of trees separating the property provided a decent level of privacy. The kitchen was well-stocked and even had a good assortment of wine glasses (wine store just down the street too). I only wish they’d had a Keurig instead of just a regular drip coffee maker. They’re just so much easier to get the flavor you want without having to make a whole pot. Gas fireplace in the family room made it easy to take the chill off. Property Management group did very well with communicating with me prior to and during our stay. This home was perfect for our stay, would highly recommend.

Great Location, Clean and Functional

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Racer's Roost. The short walk (less than three blocks) to the gondola is hard to beat for skiing convenience. The house is understated but very nice, clean and functional. The hot tub was a great bonus—an amentity not available in many more expensive rentals. You get the feeling this is a house that is used by the owner and well taken care of. We had no problems and would stay there again.

It was in a great location and the house was pretty, super clean and had one amenity after the next. Pam and Peter were easy to work with. Peter answered our questions throughout the weekend. The location is ideal - two blocks from the river and two blocks from the heart of downtown Telluride. The house is very roomy - larger than it looks, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. All the necessities were thoughtfully provided. The property manager was very helpful in answering questions before and during our stay. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and Racers Roost is by far the best!

Perfect stay - seasonal delight

Our new go to fall destination for all things Telluride! We loved the location and comfort of Racer’s Roost. From the very first, we felt at home and enjoyed being so close to our favorite restaurants, shopping and hiking trails. The 3 bedrooms with en-suite baths make it perfect for couples or families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bed in the other master should be upgraded to a King and light weight comforter is needed for the summer. We love the house but it can get hot in the late afternoon. if you leave the windows open you hear the street noise of the late night crowd walking home. A King bed would help us middle agers stay cool and sleep better.

Wonderful Location in Telluride. Very Nice Home!

Check in was a breeze the host waiting for us at the door! The home is roomy, well supplied and nicely decorated. We enjoyed everything about the home and we are sorry our trip ended. We could have stayed in the Racer's Roost permanently! Thank you!!
