Chalet't – Temagami

”While the staff here were amazing, the room itself was not very clean. My husband spilled some water on the floor and when he wiped it up, the tissue was black. The room also had a funny smell. Somewhere between cigarette smoke, sweat & pine sol. There were overflowing ashtrays outside every room and I think this contributed to the smell. To be clear, we are non-smokers so this was very unpleasant. It was, however, an excellent location if you don't plan on spending a lot of time in the room.”

”We had a wonderful three nights here. It's a classic rustic Ontario cottage filled with history. From the log wood interior to the antiques that adorn every area of the cottage it's as if you're living in an antique store. Every day we found new trinkets to look at.The property is very private and lots of space to roam about. We saw loons, a beaver, herons, ravens, a wolf down the road, and on our last day had a bald eagle show up to hunt a fish which was really cool to see.There was plenty of...

”The rooms felt brand new and spotless, and the check in process was staggeringly simple. And you are literally 5 feet from the water.We could not have had a better experience, and we also did a cosplay photoshoot on the property which has easy access to visually striking lakeside views.
