”I have never have stayed right on the beach. With this vrbo, we did. Omar, the caretaker, was awesome. If we had any concerns, he was there to help us. It felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. It was also a nice touch to have a mini-tent set up to keep us in the shade. This came in handy with Costa Rican hot sun. Would definitely return.”

”The host was very responsive and even late at night, she accommodated my group quickly. The house had everything we needed. beach towels, beach chairs and kitchen amenities. The only downside is that there are alot of ants inside the property but i know its common around the area so we got bit quite a few times unfortunately. The pool area has a grill and common area to share. Overall great experience, we definitely will be coming back.”

”We had such a fantastic time at this lovely house in Potrero that my kids still lovingly refer to as “our mansion” - we were treated like royalty for a few days by our masterful chef and lovely cleaning staff, as well as Moises, our bartender. ”We stayed at a resort for a work event the first half of the trip and wanted a less touristy area for the second half. We got exactly what we wanted with this property! Penca Beach was a short walk to the end of the street and many restaurants at the other end. We enjoyed the back porch and loved listening to the wildlife.The owners and caretaker were very quick to communicate, yet we felt like we had the property to ourselves most of the time.
