”We loved this house. It has a gorgeous view. We had access to a washer. There is a clothes line outside to dry the clothes. The clothes dried quickly as long as it didn’t rain. The air conditioning worked great upstairs. Like most Costa Rica rentals the air conditioning is just in the bedroom. Playa Conchal is our favorite beach. Not enough room to sleep 3 people comfortably, but perfect for a couple.”

”Driving to the property is about 95% paved road which is great. The property is plenty large for parking. The view of the ocean is the best every day. The home is very cute and comfortable, everything needed to accommodate is provided. 1 and a half bath with AC unit in the upstairs bed room. It can get pretty cold with the door closed. No one bothers you at all. Local Restaurants and stores are available. The beach is about 3/4 miles from home. Also has washing machine if needed.”
