”This is an excellent home base to explore the Guanacaste coast! We spent 5 nights here and the experience was amazing. The house is surrounded by nature with a beautiful view over the hills. We spent half our time just enjoying the balcony - reading, grilling, soaking in the tub and just looking out. ”This stay was excellent. The property was as advertised. Clean , modern, and comfortable. There are enough in the way of restaurants, and markets near by. Tamarindo is about 35 mins away. Playa Avellanas is a 5min drive, great place to relax. I would not hesitate to use again. The only downsside was the condition of the road for the last few miles to the development. I assume that will improve as the area continues to development. ”
