”This place is a scam. They make false claims and don't own up to it. Very rude staff and very run down. It was such terrible environment that we spent the night at another hotel and this one did not give our money back. Don't waste your money here!”

”Very nice hotel and people, great breakfast buffet”

”Our check-in experience was seamless and stress-free. We were warmly welcomed and genuinely treated like family. The staff efficiently arranged quick access through the security gate and had us in our room in no time. Exceptional hospitality, a stunning venue, and spectacular ocean and mountain views made this stay truly special.”

”It’s conveniently located at the city centre, very helpful stuff, spotless room and always satisfying and healthy breakfast. It’s highly recommended and I would definitely book again when I get back to Larissa.”

”Public spaces like reception looked really good and breakfast was excellent. Elevator and hallways had seen better days and were quite dirty. Our bungalow had air quality problems and we had to move to main building which was tolerable. Beds were very hard and pillows too thick to our preference. Both rooms we saw were were quite spartan. Full renovation of all rooms would be a requirement for even 4*. ”

”The property is well located in the center of the city. The accommodation was very clean and modern finishes. Staff are very professional, helpful and friendly from start to finish. Beautiful property.”

”Personelle très ordinaire. Aucune aide offerte.

Huoneessa haisi home. ”

”Spotless property with super helpful check in (make sure you know to go to the hotel for it!) and easy parking. Lovely front desk staff. Fantastic balcony view. ”
