Established neighborhood with a beautiful blend of older homes, remodeled, and new construction. Just a few blocks from downtown Temple and 3 miles from local hospitals

We kindly request your understanding regarding the neighboring property, which is currently in need of some general upkeep. The occupant is a kind elderly woman who faces challenges in maintaining the space. We are actively working on enhancing the privacy fence to improve both her living environment and ours. The fence upgrade is scheduled for completion by mid-June. Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this improvement process.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay. Access to the property will only be granted once the agreement has been completed and returned.
No smoking anywhere inside or outside the home within 50 feet of the home.

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Our cancellation policy applies to every reservation without exceptions, regardless of the reason.

Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible.
