”The rooms are always clean and staff are always very pleasant. ”

”The front desk staff was unfriendly from the time we checked in. The hotel common areas and especially our room was very dirty and run down. There were stains on everything from the walls, furniture, bathtub, and bedding. Our stay was noisy with people running up and down the hallways starting at 2 am through the morning. ”

”Breakfast and coffee good, front desk woman was nice and helpful. Some guests and employees were loud in hallways, other than that was pretty good. I’d stay again. ”

”The room I was in was very noisy. The furnace was in the bathroom and it very disturbing. I got absolutely no sleep. ”

”The room was nice, spacious but dated. The TV had some issues while using cable and I don't think they fully clean the rooms. There was clothes left from a previous guest. Besides that the breakfast was very good and the entire place was very nice to walk around. We definitely would like to come back but find a nicer room”

”Hotel and staff were excellent. Slight problem: woke up at 3:30 in the morning a little warm, so turned on the air conditioner. Unfortunately, it whistled and kept us up. I told the staff in the morning and they said they were aware of that problem and will need to fix it. Gave me a $30 room credit but would prefer to have had a sound sleep.”

”We recently stayed at this charming home which offered a unique experience. The house itself has an antique charm that isn't captured in the highly filtered and staged photos. The decor included religious pamphlets on each nightstand which added an interesting touch. The sleeping arrangements were fairly comfortable with the mattresses placed directly on the floor. The neighborhood is lively at night. The owner was kind and responsive and communicated well which was greatly appreciated. One...

”The ice machine was out of order and there wasn’t another on the second floor. Also Legands is a club and we had to listen to load music until 4am. Even though it says they close at 2am. When you go to the front desk when legands opens no one works the front desk because they are working legands. Also the room keys stopped working after midnight. ”
