Hotellit lähellä kohdetta Temple of Leah -turistinähtävyys

”Room, staff handling, and facilities did not comply with the booking description. Arrival was at 18:50. We were informed that check-in closed at 19:00. Our concerns were not addressed, and we were assigned a room that did not correspond to the booked accommodation. The reservation was for a “Signature Hut”. The hut was visible from the assigned room and was later confirmed to be unoccupied. Despite presenting booking documentation, staff maintained that their internal system showed a different...

”Siisti ja hyvää palvelua ”

”Perfect hotel and this is my third time with this hotel. Breakfast has lots of choices. Very helpful staff and security staff at the basement. The security staff is very helpful when I park my rented car. Front desk and dining staff are all helpful. They are proactive. Very clean hotel also. I like that they have door on the fifth floor to go to the mall and don’t need to go out from the hotel.”

”New, clean property, good staff, overall wonderful stay!”

”Staff were attentive and excellent throughout our stay. The food was okay overall, but the evening buffet was disappointing for the price — at ₱1,800 per person, it didn't offer good value. The property is starting to show its age and could benefit from some maintenance. One odd issue was that most of the electrical outlets only seemed to work when the room lights were turned on, which was quite inconvenient. The bathroom floor also became extremely slippery when wet, to the point that it felt...

”Hyvä hotelli, mutta uima alas puuttuu. ”

”The breakfast buffet is good. Brenden and other breakfast staff were very polite and helpful. The open rooftop restaurant has a nice ambiance.”

”Vilkkaan kadun varrella, iso ostoskeskus 15min kävelymatkan päässä. lentokentälle 30-60 min liikenteestä riippuen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huone iso ja kaikki toimi, nettiyhteys tosin hieman kiukutteli. Hotelli voisi tarvita pientä ehostusta, kuluminen näkyy huoneissa.”

”Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean but the shower stall needs to be cleaned thoroughly from molds. I’m allergic to molds so the stay kind of making my allergies act up. Still, I highly recommend the hotel to my family and friends. The location is perfect for shopping and accessible by any form of transportation.”

”I booked one family room for the wedding it was nice and all staffs are helpful”

”It is what it is. The place is just OK, nothing special. At check in because I booked a package deal it only listed me as a single person, flying from the U.S. to Cebu by myself it did not give me the option to include my wife (Filipina living in the area) to the reservation. I asked if I could get extra breakfast vouchers or pay for them. I was told no. When I left and went to another location, I was told that they did provide vouchers. Indoor pool is a real bummer and cold water. No one uses...

”Friendly and solicitous staff. Appreciate the restaurant.”

”Poikamme kaatoi huoneen kokolattiamatoille vahingoissa vesipullon. Otimme hotellin kylpypyyhkeen ja rupesimme kuivaamaan. Valkoinen pyyhe muuttui samantien tummanruskeaksi liasta. Iljetti kävellä matolla tuon jälkeen. Pidimme kenkiä jalassa huonessa ollessamme. Suihkuhuonessa käsienpesuallas tukossa. Suihkusta tulee ruskeaa vettä.”

”The room was reasonably clean, but the overall atmosphere felt dark, cold, and uninviting. The lack of decoration, warm lighting, and thoughtful touches made the space feel more like a hospital room than a comfortable hotel. There was no cozy or welcoming atmosphere that would make guests feel at home. While cleanliness is important, a hotel should also provide a warm, relaxing, and inviting environment, which unfortunately was missing during our stay.”
