Main House: Sleeps 6 with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms.
Converted Barn: Detached 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom space, accommodating an additional 6 guests, Sleeps 12.

The property is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Paso Robles. The main house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeping 8 guests. The master has a comfy king bed and En-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are both queen beds and share a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Venture into the backyard and you`ll find a spacious deck complete with a hot tub, BBQ, fire pit area, and putting green. The backyard adjoins a dedicated open space, offering a private and tranquil atmosphere.

Step outside to discover the private entrance leading to the upstairs studio. This expansive area offers ample space for gatherings, shuffleboard games, and relaxation. With a twin trundle bed and a full bathroom, it`s an ideal spot for the teens and young adults in your group.

Just a short stroll away, you`ll discover the second home in this listing. The lower-level features two bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed—a cozy living room, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you`ll find a spacious open studio with a private entrance.

The homes are located towards the back of a large lot offering privacy and beautiful views of Templeton and Paso Robles.

Guests will have private use of the property.

We are not onsite but are always reachable by airbnb.

There is an additional home (the owners home) on the property that will be unoccupied whenever this listing is rented. Guests will have privacy during their stay.

The pool is under construction and the area is off-limits to guests until the completion.
No parties or events allowed, reported disturbances will result in an immediate cancelation without refund

Minimum age of primary renter must be 25 years of age.

Please do not leave children unsupervised on the property.
