Kesäpaikka! - Vesiputous Spa! - Uusi kiinteistö!

  • Tule nauttimaan selkeistä ilmastoista, raikasta ilmaa ja auringonlaskunäkymistä vesiputouksen alla! Hotellissa on runsaasti tilaa rentoutua rauhallisessa ympäristössä uskomattoman kylpylän kanssa. Tässä aidatussa talossa on runsaasti tilaa pysäköidä. Nauti maaseudusta, vain minuuttien päässä viininmaisteluista, oliiviöljyn makuista ja upeista ravintoloista.
    Talossa on avoin pohjaratkaisu. Aamiaisbaari aamulla on täydellinen paikka kahvia varten ja suunnitella päivä. Ihana 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Templetonista voit nauttia herkullisen aamiaisen Joe'n tai keittokomeroissa. Hyvän aterian jälkeen olet valmis lyömään viinitilat! Niin monia valita! Yksi suosikeistamme on Pomar Junction. Heillä on suuri historiallinen kaboosi ja paljon hauskoja tapahtumia. Viinitilat ovat loputtomia El Pomarin alueella. Matkalla kotiin, muista käydä The Grovesissa 41: llä (aivan Summer Placein valtatie) erinomaisen oliiviöljyn maistelua varten. Ota kotiin pullo palkittua oliiviöljyään luodakseen upean aterian kesäpaikalla. Summer Place sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla. Vain 25 minuutin päässä Mid-State Fairgrounds, Paso Robles, Morro Bay, Hearst linna tai San Luis Obispo.
    Kun olet valmis nauttimaan talosta, löydät sen avoimeksi ja kutsumukseksi. Keittiö on vieressä ruokailutila ja olohuone. On TV-huone (jossa on taitettava queen bed) hiipiä pois ja katsella urheilua tai elokuvaa. Alas hallissa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa on queen-vuoteet, jotka jakavat hallin kylpyhuoneeseen. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone.
    Illan asettamina voit istua rentoutua, kasaantua ja irrottaa BBQ: n ympärillä. Ateriat voi nauttia ulkona yli koko perhepöydässä. Kaikille on runsaasti istumapaikkoja. Upea kylpylä vesiputouksella on täydellinen tapa nauttia yötaivasta ja maan ilmasta. Koet uskomattomia auringonlaskuja ja tähtiä yllin kyllin. Kesäpaikalle on tehty paljon toiveita tähtien soittamisesta ympäri vuoden!

The home was beautifully maintained, clean, and in good working order. Instructions were provided for everything in the house and everything was well appointed from the large, well stocked kitchen to the bath amenities to the games and books and even to the bottle of Merlot that greeted us. An impressive home overall!

Fabulous vacation. Very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. If I could change one thing it would be to add hand soap at the kitchen sink but this is a very minor thing and was easily resolved.

The house is comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The yard is great, fully fenced for our 2 dogs to enjoy their stay as well :). The spa was a nice way to end the day, soaking under the stars. It’s quiet and peaceful, especially at night. The property is also close to lots of wineries and Morro Bay. And if you forget anything, the store is 10 minutes away. We look forward to our next stay!!

Beautiful sanctuary in the heart of wine country.

This property was fantastic. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Both indoor and outdoor space were well appointed. Beds and furniture were very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Several very nice touches throughout the house. The location is fantastic! A very short drive to multiple wineries, also a short drive to an amazing section of the California coast - several quaint towns with excellent food and shopping.

Pictures don’t do this property justice!

The house was much larger than the pictures show and the whole outside area was absolutely the highlight for us and our two senior dogs. They loved sunbathing in the beautiful backyard. I saw some reviews that mentioned that they had initial issues with the spa, but I found it very simple to turn on/off. It has a timer as well which ensures that it doesn’t overheat you. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hosts were great communicators. Will definitely stay here again!

We had multi generations staying here and all were comfortable. The only thing lacking on this property would that be an additional half bath on the east side of the house. A lovely rural place to stay

We enjoyed being in the Atascadero area vs. Paso where we usually stay. One caution: if you want to have wine with dinner at a Paso restaurant, have a designated driver as the road is windy in one spot and the driveway a bit hard to find in the dark (a flag on the mailbox would help!). The backyard is a great place to unwind after a day of tasting or adventure.

Beautiful home

Everything was great, property is beautiful and peaceful. Check in was a little bumpy, wrong door code. A quick phone call fixed that. I would stay again if we were in the area, the outdoor jacuzzi was awesome. Only complaint, two days before the end of our stay we had maintenance people show up unannounced, guy on a ride on mower, and a guy spraying the yard. Automatic gate in front they have a code to, my dog was outside and could have gotten out onto the main road. 2 other maintenance people showed up after that, I feel that the tenants should be made aware that people are coming to maintain the property. I have no issue if I know beforehand. Dog out front, kids in back, no notice can create safety and privacy issues.

We reserved this house well in advance for a graduation and are very pleased we did. Beautiful, relaxing surroundings. House was well equipted with kitchen, bedding, towels, and games. Check in/out and communication were the best we have experienced. Overall a great stay!

The house was in the country but also very close to town and we found it to have easy access to where ever we needed to go. The house was comfortable, clean and perfect for our party of 6. The manage company was very responsive to the one and only problem we had (the gate going into the property wasn’t working properly the second day and they had someone out to fix it within an hour).

This property was in a beautiful location- close to a family wedding venue and a short drive to dozens of beautiful wineries. The owners provided many amenities- ie coffee/sugar/creamer, laundry detergent, steamer, a bottle of wine! And more! There were so many games for our granddaughters- inside and out. The hot tub was another highlight! The beds were comfy, too. The management company was very communicative and made our stay very easy! Thank you for a great rental!

Great Home Away from Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was great. Nice and clean, lots of household items for meals in, really simple. The home is not too far from anything and still far enough to be quiet and comfortable for a restful experience.
