”The hotel follows the philosophy of the Apa hotels of "Simplified luxury". Room was small, but with large tv and large & comfortable bed, with amenities such as toothbrush and paste readily available. The location is good, with maybe10 - minutes walk away from the Namba and Dotonbori. The hotel is very large, with over 20 - floors, yet the spaces was kept clean, and the welcome lobby was impressive looking. Also the hotel was quiet for such a large size hotel. ”The room was very spacious and had beautiful views! The staff was super helpful and the breakfast had amazing options. The hotel is also in a great location, just a 15 min walk to dotombori. The experience was great!”

”We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I want to highlight Hideya Nakatani. He gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived, and when it was time to leave, he was just as helpful and attentive. Throughout our stay, all staff went above and beyond- providing us with useful information about restaurants, shopping , and tourists attractions in the area. Overall, the hotel itself was very nice , and thanks to excellent service, we had a great time. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone....

”I stayed at the hotel for a week, from Monday to Sunday, and everything was just perfect from check-in to check-out.
The reception was well staffed, with personnel readily guiding the hotel guests. On my way to the room I was offered help with my luggages, and during the check-out I was prompted if I'd want to leave my luggage for the storage. In general the personnel was very willing to help, without me having to separately ask for the help.

”Loved the architecture/design of the hotel & room. Modern but authentic cultural feel; clean and spacious rooms; 24H convenience store right next door full of delicious traditional snacks/meals; no on-site parking but plenty of 24H parking lots around. Staff (Maria) was lovely and so helpful. Highly recommend. ”

”No frills stay perfect for the solo traveller who wants their own bathroom and in a convenient location. It's steps away from a Osaka metro stop and a Nankai/JR stop and it's 30 min on foot from Namba. Yes it's a bit sketch at night but nothing a tourist cannot handle. My only issue was annoying guests who wouldn't stop dragging chairs on the floor but that's not the hotels issue. Another issue however is that you have to pay to have your own hot water kettle, and all their body soap etc are...

”The hotel was really nice. We were four people and everyone got their own bed. The room had a nice toilet and a shower. We were really pleased that there was a laundy machine and a dryer in the hotel. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The train stations are a few minutes’ walk away and the train to the famous spots takes only about 10 minutes.
