Hello Gaelle So pleased to hear you enjoyed our apartment and surrounding area. Most of our guests are pleased there are a few bars and restaurants in the village that offer an entertainment programme but like you say it's an advantage positioned where we are in case you want a relaxing evening on our terrace. We have considered having a pool but so many of our guests prefer choosing from the various options to swim around Los Gigantes that at least for the time being we have decided not to have one. We're just sorry that your dates for next year are not available because we would love to have you as guests again. We will pass your kind comments on to Mike and Sue, they do work very hard to please our guests and nothing is ever too much trouble. I have spoken to them about the internet and apparently the Skywire system went down during the calima and also there has been some stormy weather whilst you were there so Mike has suggested this was the problem but he is going to monitor it over the following weeks and months. Cable is supposed to arrive shortly in our road which will not be weather dependent so we plan to investigate switching over. Dear Armin and Mélanie Thank you for taking the time to review our property and we are pleased to learn that you enjoyed the terrace, garden, views, apartment furnishing and cleanliness. Before we bought our apartment 3 years ago, we carried out extensive research around the south of Tenerife and chose Los Gigantes because of its quaint, pretty village charm in a less busy and built up area than other resorts along the coast. We do feel our property advertising description and photographs accurately portray the apartment and area and apologise if you felt misled. As you know, we had the opportunity of meeting yourself and Mélanie as we have just purchased the one-bedroom property which is situated above our 2-bedroom. This is a huge financial commitment to add to our rental portfolio and not one we would have considered if noisy neighbours were an issue. We regard all our guest comments very highly and are pleased that we have so many positive reviews and repeat visitors. On this occasion, it would appear unfortunate that whilst we were there, the lady who lives next door was away and can only presume that the noise was from her brother who told us he was staying in the apartment for a 2- week holiday. Please accept our apologies that this change in neighbours clashed with your holiday. We do ask our guests to close the doors and windows when leaving the property but would only expect that only the doors to be closed at night so fresh air can still be enjoyed from the windows. As far as we are aware there is no safety reason why the windows should be closed at night. It was good to meet you and Mélonie and we do hope you have some lovely memories from visiting Tenerife.

Kära Pia & Lasse Vi är så ledsna att höra om din besvikelse om WIFI och TV. Tyvärr var vi bara medvetna om detta när vi kom fram till oss den 6 januari. Den felaktiga wifi-koden hade skrivits in mer än 5 gånger så gick till lockout och tyvärr är TVen beroende av bra väder på La Gomera. Men eftersom vi ägde fastigheten i februari 2017 har TVen fungerat bra. På grund av den otillförlitlighet du har upplevt är vi nu upptagna med att undersöka att ett kabel- eller satalitalsystem är installerat.
