Great Location
Very close to shops bars restaurants and lovely square right in front of the beach. Is in a residential area lots of side streets had a spanish feel about not many English. Did miss a balcony but really enjoyed our stay the weather for Feb was great. Nice walk to the Los Cristianos promenade turn right on the front past the boats can buy fresh fish from the fishmen. There's a market each Sun morning turn left on the front.If you need a taxi back to the airport there's a rank a very short uphill walk away but not many taxis so we used a shop by there selling excursions car hire etc 20euros.

Great location for the beach, bars and restaurants. Good amenities especially the bathroom which looked like it has had a recent upgrade. I was on a short stay of 4 days and met my requirements. The local contact Ignacio was very helpful in providing information.

Enttäucht.
Die Schlüßelübergabe war schwierig und ohne Hilfe von einer Dame im Restaurant wäre ich nie zum Schüßel. Die angegebene Tel.Nr stimmte nicht und anschließend bekam ich eine unverschämte Mail von Mariluz dass ich nicht rechtzeitig angekommen war. Mein Flug kan 16.40 was ich auch mitteigeilt hatte. Könnte unmöglich gegen 17 Uhr in Los Cristianos sein. Die Kontrollen am Flugplatz waren sehr umfassend; jede Gast müßte Ausweis, Impfpass und eine ausgefüllte Anfragebogen vorzeigen. Zur Wohnung; sehr, sehr schmutzig!!! Küche: Schranktüren klebrig, Tisch, Tischläufen ebenso, Glühbirne kaputt. Zimmer: Staubig, im einen Schrank ein Haarfön der kaputt war und ein Handstaubsauger antik Model. Bettwäsche, Handtücher habe ich gewaschen, Kopfkissen schmutzig. TV nicht repariert. Bad: In der Dusche müßte die Duschstange ausgetauscht werden. Die Toilette war leider nicht im Ordnung, das Wasser blieb nicht im Behälter sondern lief ununterbrochen. In einer Ecke stand ein schmutziges Besen + Reinigungswerkzeug.. Im schrank unter dem Handstein war Putzmittel und schmutzige Putzlappen. Den ersten Tag habe ich damit verbracht mit sauber machen und waschen. Die Wohnung ist renovieringsbedürftig. I-B Müller-Howahl

Dear Eva, thank you for taking the time to write this detailed feedback. While there is little we can do regarding the airport and so on, I have taken note of your comments regarding the flat. It is a shame you did not contact us while you were there (despite us messaging you) as we could then have had the opportunity to put any concerns right for you. I must say some of your comments surprise me - the pillows for example were brand new for your stay and we have a maintenance team to ensure our rentals run smoothly. We take our responsibility very seriously when letting this property and we are saddened you did not have a happier stay. We have blocked off time on the calendar to address concerns you have raised, and will be engaging a new cleaning team to ensure standards do not drop. Great location! Apartment has everything you need!
The apartment was everything we needed for the week. Great size. Lovely welcome pack when we arrived too. Fully equipped kitchen. 1 minute to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again. Thanks

Very nice flat in the centre of everything also the flat had almost everything needed the only thing missing was a bedside cabinet on one side a long mirror also would be good to have something better than the curtains in between the bedroom and kitchen also to have a couple of chairs to take to the beach other than that the only things I found wrong was toilet drip/ a light switch in the main room was a bit loose and the safe didn’t work but I did bring these to the attention of Sharon and she said they would get sorted but overall the stay was very pleasent and organised and was very nice to receive a welcome pk really appreciated that would def stay again as was really nice and quiet

Fantastic comfortable enjoyable suite.
Fantastic little but glorìoußly compact appt the only reason it doesnt get a 5× is because it doesnt have a balcony. Welcome pack was fully appreciated location was fantastic with excellent venues for eating drinkin right outside the appt definitly will use again proprietors fantastic with information and the double bed the tv/sky set up so comfortable thanx everyone siggy & jane

Perfect Apartment
We loved our stay here. The apartment is literally 20m from the beach. Situated right in the centre if Los Christianos you have everything you could ever need right on your door step. The apartment is compact but has everything you will ever need. My son is still asking for "his" frog bowl which was in the kitchen! The welcome pack was very welcome and a great touch for the arriving travelers. This is the first time we have visited Los Cristanos self catering, having gone all inclusive many times, and I can honestly say this is the most relaxing holiday I have had for many years. This apartment is one of the main reasons for this, we loved it and will be booking again.

Well equipped apt.
Good location and the apt was well equipped.On the down side we didn't get much sleep mainly due to the dustbins being emptied about 3a.m.and the awful hooting of pidgeons.

Perfect location
Great little apartment for couples or a small family. Ideal location, everything within walking distance. We made full use of the apartment including the funky washing machine (which was ideal, no dirty laundry hanging about). The welcome pack was VERY welcome. The air con was a god send as it is a warm apartment so it was very much needed. The towels and bedding were changed weekly by a lovely couple who also cleaned the apartment once a week.It is a residential area but there is limited noise, and most of the bars shut at around 11pm. We particularly enjoyed having a chilled nightcap in the beach bar which is 100 metres away from the apartment. We also found a lovely little taverner called The Hideaway Pub which were very cheap and the Tapas was delicious. The beaches are lovely and the beds are cheap. We will most definitely stay here again. Thank you Sharon. We had a fabulous 2 weeks

Property is near the beach!
Everything was ok, the location is close to the Los Cristianos beach and only 5 min from Playa de Las Vistas! Juan, the man who waited for us at the airport is very kind and funny. He preffered to take us with his personal car instead of letting us to take the bus with no money and we really appreciated this. We didn't encountered any issues during our stay in Tenerife. You can find many restaurants near this location with cheap and good food (dinner with 6-10 eur/pers). Our recommendations for next guests are: - Don't miss a trip in La Gomera island; - Best Breakfast in Los Cristianos - Players Lounge, located on the Playa de Las Vistas; - Best Gin (G Vine Gin Floraison with 1734 water tonic) and Mojito (with mango) - Papagayo Club, located on the Playa de Las Americas; - Play Mini Golf in Los Cristianos; - Visit Loro Parque and Siam Park. Also I would like to add that the property has air conditioner. Thanks Sarah for everything and we will for sure come back here!!!
