Firstly, when we arrived we couldn’t get in and no one to ask, there was a keypad on the main entrance and electronic locking system on the door and only the car park attendant who spoke no English to ask. We managed to somehow work it out ourselves eventually.
We got in the property and there were insects crawling on surfaces, the whole apartment needed an update. Stains on bedding, yellow stains on pillows, broken tiles on bathroom floor with ingrained dirt in them, ingrained dirt round door handles, it was disgustimg, smashed shower door, we struggled to open the electronic lock on the door every time we went out - one night it started speaking Chinese and we thought we weren’t going to get in at all and have nowhere to go that night, filthy patio area, filthy patio set that left stains on my clothes after sitting on it. We struggled to lock the door once we got in too. Ceiling fans that were very noisy. I spent the whole week trying to find somewhere else to stay as it was awful, we only stayed because there was nowhere else to go, managed to get somewhere else eventually and left and emailed again asking for a refund but no response at all. There was no one there to complain to, only the car park attendant who spoke no English. I’ve emailed over 6 times to try and get a refund as we would never have booked it knowing the state it was in and we’ve never received an email back. The photos we saw advertising the property do not show how run down and dirty it is.
