Fabulous stay
The property was lovely! Fantastic views, clean and had everything you could need. The local bars and restaurants were great and everyone was really friendly. Rodolf, as well as helping me with my luggage, also helped with recommendations and his local knowledge. Had a great time and didnt want to leave.

Perfect location
The property was lovely and clean, spacious balcony, perfect for people watching. The kitchen is well equipped so if you didn’t want to go out to eat you could stay in and eat. Apartment has everything you need. Rodolf is very helpful and nothing is too much for him. He even helped to carry our suitcases up the stairs. 😂 Only down side there are a lot of stairs to the apartment, but the views are worth it.

Thank you ! The installation of the lift is planned for the end of this year or early 2025 ! Covid had stopped all procedures and we had to start everything from the beginning after the pandemic (administrative authorizations, contacts with lift companies and architects, etc....) Il serait important de préciser : 5 iem étage SANS Ascenseur. Avec des sacs de plongée de 20 kg autant dire que les 5 étages ont été un vrai calvaire. En plein centre, mais qd on descend, on remonte pas 5 fois par jour😟. Nos hôtes étaient disponibles et très arrangeants. Mais je regrette le manque de transparence de l annonce. Vue agréable certes sur la mer mais aussi le port et ses ferry .

L'appartement est situé près du port comme le montrent les photos : il n'y a pas d'ambiguité. Le descriptif de l'appartement est joint avec le contrat à la réservation en précisant qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur . les 84 commentaires de nos hôtes précédents nous donnent une note de 9.8 /10. Mais on ne peut pas plaire à tout le monde ! Nous sommes désolés que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre séjour par rapport au fait que vous avez cru devoir emporter votre matériel de plongée qui était lourd et encombrant et non nécessaire , d'autant plus qu'un centre de plongée (bien noté et fournissant le matériel ) se trouve à moins de 100m de l'appartement . Tolle Ferienwohnung, in sehr zentraler Lage, sehr schöner Ausblick
Fewo ist im 5.Stock, kein Aufzug,aber dafür kaum eine bessere Lage möglich wenn man mitten im Geschehen sein möchte. Würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder nehmen. Problem das hier vermutlich alle kennen sind Parkplätze aber ist halt so, kann man sich arrangieren damit. Nette Gastgeber. Alles Top!

Excellent Location
The property is very centrally located top floor overlooking the beach. You can sit there all day just people watching. all the restaurants and bars are on the doorstep you definitely don’t need to walk far. There are about hundred steps but it’s a good work out after all the beer and food. I would highly recommend it. The host was absolutely brilliant was there to help and support.

Lovely Apartment, great location right on Los Christianos beachfront, with great views out to sea.Rodolf who handled check in check out was a good guy, even helped us up the stairs with our luggage.

Our stay in Los Christian’s was great. Rodolfo looked after us and was available for any issues, not that there were any. The views from the balcony are fantastic. The flat is well equipped and more than met our needs

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the communication was excellent from christine and her son Rodolf.There was everything you needed in the property and of course excellent views. Yes the steps are hard work up to the apartment but we knew before we booked that this was the case and it did get easier as the week went on. If there is anything I can fault it is the sun loungers, would be nice if you could lie down and sunbathe both sides. Overall an excellent stay and we would go back. Thank you Christine and Rodolf.

Summer holiday
We had read the customer reviews before arriving so expected to climb stairs. These were slightly awkward to negotiate when carrying heavy luggage. We coped well with them. The apartment was well worth the inconvenience of having no lift. Very clean,well equipped and welcoming, and great views . Our hosts were easy to contact and very helpful. We would definitely like to return.

Tolles Apartment direkt an der Strandpromenade
Das Apartment liegt im 5. Stock und vom Balkon aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer, den Strand und den Hafen. Von dort lässt sich wunderbar das Treiben auf der Promenade beobachten. Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkte findet man direkt vor der Tür. Christine und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und stets erreichbar. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert. Wir können dieses Apartment nur weiterempfehlen! Man sollte jedoch gut zu Fuß sein, da es keinen Aufzug gibt. Uns hat das nicht gestört.

Perfect location
A cute apartment in a wonderful location right on the front overlooking the beach and the harbour. This was my second visit. Christine is very approachable and welcoming. The place has everything you could need and is clean and comfortable - I would not hesitate to recommend :)

We have stayed in quite a few apartments through Owners Direct, which changed its name to home and away which is now VRBO and have never been dissapointed however I would go as far as to say this was the best. It had everything and I mean everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. We didn't want to come home

Fantastic apartment in an amazing location
Christine and her husband are kind efficient hosts. Communication and check in was excellent. Water and beers in the fridge was a kind gesture, thank you! The apartment is bright, airy, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the shower extremely good. The location is really convenient and central with loads of good restaurants and bars on the doorstep and loads more an easy walk away. The sunny terrace gets sun all day until about 5.30-6pm (July) and is the most wonderful space to sunbathe, read or sit with a drink watching beach life go by! Loved it so much we have booked to come back twice more. Thanks so much Christine and husband for a wonderful holiday!

Bel appartement très bien situé
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines dans cet appartement qui est très propre et très bien équipé, ce qui est rare. Cerise sur le gâteau la déco est très sympa. Nous avons très bien dormi, la literie est impeccable. Le petit point négatif seraient les 5 etages sans ascenseur mais ce petit inconvénient est vite oublié dès que vous êtes sur la terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. L'appartement est situé en plein centre, près des restaurants, des supermarchés, des animations qui ne dérangent aucunement la nuit. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Je recommande vivement cette location et ce sera avec plaisir que nous y retournerons. MERCI Christine 🙂

The property is set in the main central area of los Cristianos and is a great location to be for all amenities it has a great restaurant below that does a great English breakfast and lots of music and entertainment nearby we sometimes gladly spent time chilling with a drink on the balcony listening to the music below and the seaview’s are amazing would definitely be visiting again thanks to Rodolf and Christine for a great stay Rodolf was always available if needed.

Beautiful view, lovely host
Great spot on the large balcony to watch the world go by. People haver reviewed that there are a few stairs, but you get used to them very quickly - not bad at all. Relaxing during the day - the balcony is a great suntrap. The entertainment from the bars and restaurants at night may not suit everyone, but it is quieter when you go to bed. Christine is a lovely host.

Lovely clean apartment with a full view of Los Cristianos Bay. Top of apartment block however that is 90 steps up, but well worth it. Christine is a great host and is always onhand if needed. I will be back.

On the beach, practically!
Ideal penthouse location for watching the world go buy and a few steps to the beach. Airy, open living space. Wonderful views from the sizable balcony. Comfortable bed. Ceiling fans absolutely fine for keeping cool at night (early November). Apartment has all that you need for a relaxing time away. You get used to the steps up to the 5th floor - and after just a few days you've acclimatised. Came back home fitter. Would visit again without a doubt.

tof appartement met het nodige comfort
Zonnig gelegen mooi terras. geen airco wel zorgen ventilatoren voor afkoeling in de warme dagen. De eigenaars doen hun best om je in de nabijheid gratis parking te zoeken voor de huurwagen. Vriendelijke ontvangst.

Sonnenbaden mit gutem Ausblick
Schönes Appartement mit Ausblick auf den Strand, das Meer und den Hafen. Durch den Hafen leider Tag und Nacht etwas laut weil tagsüber die Fähren kommen und gehen und nachts der Kran und die Fischer arbeiten. Das Appartment ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, ebenso die Küche. Handtücher für den Strand kann man dazu mieten auf Nachfrage. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der 5. Etage, einen Aufzug gibt es nicht, dafür gutes Training für die Beine. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind schwierig zu bekommen aber im Hafen gibt es einen Parkplatz für 20 Euro pro 24 Stunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Gastronomie erreicht man alles super zu Fuß, der Strand liegt zu Füßen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

This place has the best views. Everything you need to cook if you want to. Microwave,oven etc. Right in the middle of where you need to be. Bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The only thing is if you struggle with steps you might find it difficult as there is no lift. Easy check in and out and flexible with the times too. Thank you Christine.

Lovely Apartment, great location
A very last minute booking when the UK flight corridor opened. Despite the rushed nature of my booking, Christine & her husband made everything perfect. The apartment is totally as described with a wonderful 1st row position & a terrace with a great view. Everything was clean, bed was very comfortable, good shower etc. The stairs to the top floor were a bit of challenge at first, but I became used to them, also the lack of air conditioning was a bit tough on very hot days/nights, but the ceiling fans were powerful. I would highly recommend this apartment for it's great location & lovely owners. I hope to return, it was such a nice break

Super tolles Apartment in dem nichts fehlt. Der Blick aufs Meer und den Hafen ist einfach fantastisch. Die Vermieterin war immer für uns ansprechbar. Lediglich die über 80 Treppenstufen benötigten ein wenig Konditionen, aber so hatten wir unseren täglichen Sport.😅 Immer wieder gerne 👍

Lovely holiday
Beautiful clean apartment, with a fantastic view over the Bay from the balcony. Great for people watching, and enjoying the view. Very well equipped kitchen facilities. The only criticism would be that we couldn't get English television channels, and we couldn't get the safe to work. Otherwise everything was lovely and Christine kindly let us have early check in and late check out to fit with our flights.
