Bahia Principe Sunlight Costa Adeje
Erittäin positiivinen kokemus. Ruokatarjonta (all inclusive) oli hyvä, ehkä saisi olla vähän enemmän vaihtelua, varsinkin illallisella. Uima-allasalue upea (kolme allasaluetta), lämmitetyllä altaalla hieman tungosta, mutta lämmittämättömissä sai uida lähes yksin, lämpötila niissä (tammikuussa) vastasi Suomen kesän meriveden lämpötilaa. Tyypillisempien all inclusive juomien (rommicola, gintonic, cava, viinit jne.) itsepalvelu toimi erinomaisesti, ei tarvinnut odotella baaritiskillä. Live musiikkia ja show esityksiä joka ilta.

Todella monipuolinen ja runsas ruoka- ja juomatarjoilu, erittäin siistit sekä huone että yleiset tilat. Kaikki toimi loistavasti ja olemme todella tyytyväisiä. Miinuksena voi mainita, että hotelli on syrjässä muista palveluista ja ympäristössä rakennettiin.

Helppoa lomailua
Vaikka sää ei ollut paras mahdollinen, hotelli oli loistava. Meren äärellä, tosin ei uimarantaa. Upeat isot altaat, joista yksi lämmitetty. Iltaisin usein elävää musiikkia. Miinuspuolena on se, että kaikkialle on suht pitkä matka, myös lähimpään ravintolaan ja kauppoihin. All inclusive-ruuat eivät olleet gourmet-ruokaa, vaikka ravintoiloita oli useita, mutta aina tuli vatsa täyteen. Myös useimmat alkoholipitoiset juomat kuuluivat hintaan. Helppoa! Pieni kuntosali,jossa ei ruuhkaa.

Upea hotellialue, hyvä all inclusive
Hotellialue on iso ja hieno, hyvin ja kauniisti hoidettu. Vaikka huoneita on hotellikompleksissa paljon, niin se ei tuntunut massiiviselta pienempien, värikkäiden rakennusten sekä kauniin puutarhan vuoksi. Ja aina löytyi kohtalaisen hyvin tilaa esim. altailla ja ravintolassa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja joka paikassa oli siistiä. Hyvä all inclusive, ruuat olivat hyviä buffetissa ja koko ajan oli saatavilla jotain myös mm. allasbaareista. Juomia tarjolla hyvin koko ajan, ja valinnanvaraa oli. Otimme huoneen merinäköalalla ja saimmekin huoneen korkealta, aivan huikeilla näkymillä. Miinusta siitä, että koko alueelta löytyi vain kaksi lämmitettyä allasta, jotka siis olivat täynnä lapsia. Saimme neljän päivän vierailumme aikana tehdä yhden varauksen ala carte ravintolaan ja onnistuimme saamaan vain todella myöhäisen ajan Aasialaiseen ravintolaan, joka oli pettymys. Hotelli on aika lailla keskellä ei mitään, joten jos haluaa käydä katsomassa nähtävyyksiä, muita maisemia tai vaikka kokeilla muita ravintoloita, niin matkustamiseen kannattaa varautua. Kaiken kaikkiaan todella hyvä hotelli, lähtisin vaikka heti uudestaan.

I arrived with my family as 2 adults and 1 child. We asked to upgrade to a room with 2 adults and 2 children’s. Plus they had a promotion on site that one child is for free. They end up throwing us to another complex and location which is Bahia Tenerife which is old and unsafe. The cleaners once cleaned our room open the balcony door and once left - she left it open. As we were on ground floor this made our stay unsafe and allow other people to get entrance to our room and belonging. They over charged us for the upgrade of the room. As they charged £500 for 5 nights stay. Even though they clearly had the promotion. The entertainment is repetitive and gets boring easily. We found it extremely rude that they threw us to the other complex. Which is clearly cheaper and not as nice while charging us full price as we are at the Bahia Costa Adeje one. So beside being unable to keep up our room safety and kept on having a balcony door open as cleaner just left it wide open. We were extremely upset to get over charged and to have be relocated to the cheap location. The whole package is not worthy. As we got extremely worried for our safety and for getting over charged as they allow themselves to take advantage of tourist. The manager David who was “looking after us “ was told that his name will come on the review as someone who is taking advantage of tourist while clearly on the website it was cheaper by far. Unacceptable!!

Personal meist freundlich (Putzdienst am freundlichsten). Musik war immer die gleiche ( Playlist mit gerade mal vier Liedern), aber jedem Abend Live-Musik. Beim Essen gab es grosse Auswahl, wobei nicht alles so lecker war. Die Angestellten bei den Restaurants waren sehr höfflich, jedoch auch sehr gestresst, was einem beim essen selbst ein wenig gestresst hat. Alles in allem war es jedoch ein schönes Hotel.

The hotel was fine regarding facilities, possibly slightly better access for disabled or elderly people. Didn't like the fact that as soon as you left the hotel grounds there was absolutely nothing regarding shops or offsite amenities, I also noticed that every residential property nearby was fully alarmed, there was a couple of shanty type set ups and a few burned-out vehicles close to hotel which made me a bit nervous about wandering to far after darkness.

It’s a lovely hotel. Laid back if you want, or more lively in areas if that’s your vibe.

Staff so helpful. Little remote but hotel offers couple of bus services (one free) to shopping & beach/shopping. Didnt like cats around hotel, especially in outside dining area.

The staff make this hotel a wonderful experience, nothing is too much trouble. It does not surprise me that so many people we talked to had stayed here multiple times. If you want a sunshine holiday this is the place to stay.

The food was very exquisite from the first day, they have a lot of variety and options for each person, at every hour of the day that you feel like something to eat. The attention of each one of the members of the staff 5 stars excellent service. The only negative thing about the hotel is that they want to charge you 8 euros a day to park your car, it doesn't seem fair to me when you're a customer, I think you should already have the right to park your car at no additional cost. They should also have the option for lunch, snacks and dinner to have tea in restaurants, to be able to have tea you must go to the bar and it doesn't seem fair to me because if you want to eat dessert with your uncle they don't allow you take dessert out of restaurants. We will happily return to Bahia Principe again without a doubt.
