Good stay
Hotel area was clean and safe, pool area very nice and garden pretty. Personnel was friendly and helpful. There was pool table, table tennis and little play area for kids. In surrounding area there is not much else than golf course, minimarket and restaurant, but we had car rented for whole week so it was not a problem. Room was clean and nicely decorated, kitchen had everyhing needed and we even had grill on the terrace which we used happily. Both bed and sofa bed were little tired but for once I was happy with pillows in hotel and that was happy suprise. As was the welcome packet (some fruits, wine, tea, coffee and dish washing liquid) that was waiting in the room when we arrived. All in all we are very happy with our stay and can recommend it to others.

Hotelli ok, mutta internet ja ravintola ei.
Huone oli ok ja ylisiivottu, tosin jalkapohjat olivat aika mustia ilalla. Poreallas vuoti vettä lattialle. Huoneessa oli maksullinen internet, josta maksoimme 47 euroa. Internet pätki ja edellytti sisäänkirjausta vähän väliä. Tosi huono kokemus. Hotellissa oli alueen ainoa aukioleva ravintola. Tai oikeastaan baari. Ruosta ei voi sanoa mitään. Kaikki piti käydä pyyntämäässä erikseen, jopa öljy salaattiin. Kaikista lisäpalveluisti piti maksaa erikseen; allaspyyhkeet 1 euro, lippujen printaus 1 + 0,50 euroa per sivu. Ainoa liikkumisväline oli taksi tai vuokrauto, ei busseja. Emme mene uudestaan neljäksi viikoksi tähän hotelliin ainakaan 2900 eurolla.

Apartamentos oli periaatteessa hyvä, mutta vähän jo kulunut. Keittiön varustetaso oli niukka. Vuodevaatteet muistuttivat entisaikojen yöjunasta. Olohuoneen sohvatkin voisi jo uusia. Hyvin kuitenkin pärjättiin ja kotiuduttiinkin kahden viikon aikana.

La struttura è molto bella,mi è molto piaciuta la piscina al centro del cortile interno. L'appartamento disponeva di tutto il necessario per preparare da mangiare, svariati elettrodomestici utili al caso. Abbastanza silenzioso nonostante le rotte aeree in fase di decollo e atterragio passino nei paraggi. In definitiva ci ritornerei e lo consiglio.

Very impressed with the two bedroom apartment and cleanliness of the place. Staff at the La Isla bar were very accommodating and friendly. I had read mixed reviews of this place but would recommend and visit again.

Nice place
The apartments are in need of modernisation. They have started on updating to a very high standard. Despite this i didn't find the development next door to be a distraction. Once the restaurant is opened it will be a great place to stay.It is a quiet place and handy for the golf.

We are a family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 children between 4 and 9 years. We stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas and new year and found the location ideal for a lovely peaceful break. The Fairways Club provides great shelter from the breeze and the heat at the pool was really nice. The "isla" cafe at the pool cooked fresh food to order and we never looked elsewhere for lunch, and La Mesa restaurant had excellent food for evening meals. We do like to very our evening dinners and we sampled the many restaurants that were within 10/15 minutes walk - well within range for our 4 year old's little legs to walk! there were plenty of taxis which were available if needed. We spoke with plenty of people at the pool and many were regular visitors to the Fairways Club, they had tried other local places and had come back to the Fairways so that was nice to hear. The room was extremely quiet, occasional crickets and a mozzi or two but that's to be expected! We would recommend the Fairways Club very highly.

Nice apartments, good location.
Nice apartments with well equipped kitchen, English TV, good location close to golf courses and airport. The only downside is that there is no free WiFi in the apartment, you have to pay extra for this.Free parking on the streets outside.

Vacances en pleine nature
Très bon accueil. Résidence en pleine nature avec vue sur la plage de Cupabia. Les maisonnettes sont entourées d'arbustes et de fleurs. Résidence piétonne. Parfait pour des vacances au calme. Logement confortable.Terrasse avec table, chaises et chaises longues.

Easy check in and pleasant receptionist, clean and spacious apartment with welcome pack of bottle of water and wine. Lovely grounds which are well kept and clean, pool was heated and of a good size with a bar in the middle, again with friendly staff and a good price for snacks. Quiet location, and no beach, but not too far to catch a bus to Los Christianos if you want a beach and a bit more lively area. Only downside was the bar over the road from our apartment, just the noise and howling late on a night from the singers and music they laid on, stopped eventually and if it bothered you a lot you could move apartments, other than that a great place to unwind and would certainly recomend to anyone.

An Oasis
Great choice for families. Apartment was well stocked but could have been a bit more modern. We saw others in the complex and our one was still awaiting upgrading. Pool was fantastic. Plenty choice for day time snacks and drinks. For evening meals we tended to eat out within 15 min walking distance. Kitchen had all amenities and there was a supermarket across the road. Friendly staff especially reception. Transfer to airport was organised through the hotel and all went well.

Part of the pool was closed when I was there. Wi Fi only worked in certain areas unless you paid. Would have preferred a double bed rather than singles. It was clean.

gute Lage ; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe
immer wieder zu empfehlen , gute Lage und Appartment gut erreichbar ! Parkplätze vorhanden. Geeignet als Paarurlaub oder mit Familie , komme immer wieder gerne.

The bed was uncomfortable and the towels and room was not cleaned often enough the rooms are in need of a refurbish. The grounds and pool area was very nice the restaurant was excellent with great food. Very quiet part of Tenerife ok for Golf

Quiet location
We arrived late which was pre advised and we struggled to get in for nearly an hour. Not a good start. On check in later that morning we were told our booking was room only not what was agreed with Expedia which we were told All Inclusive. The rooms were lets say tired and quite old and outdated. They were however relatively spacious we had a two bedrooms and a kitchen/Diner and my daughter and her boyfriend had a one bedroom. The WiFi was poor and you had to pay for it unless you stood by the table tennis area. This didn't bother me but annoyed the kids. The biggest disappointment for me was the pool not heated they said they were waiting for a part but I think that was just a poor excuse. I guess you get what you pay for and it was on the cheaper side for 6 of us but if I had my time over there again I would save up and pay a little more to get a little more.

Un residence da consigliare.
Il residence è un pó datato ma in buono stato di manutenzione generale, il monolocale da noi utilzzato aveva le fodere del divano sporche ma tutto il resto era in buone condizioni. Il Fairways si trova in mezzo ai campi da golf e quindi molto tranquillo. La piscina è situata in posizione protetta dal vento cosa molto positiva in quanto in questa zona dell’isola il vento è spesso molto fastidioso. Nel complesso una bella vacanza e penso di tornare in questa struttura.

Short stay spending very little time at the resort, people helpful and plenty of things for families to do. The main attraction was the swimming pool which was well maintained and inviting, the clubhouse provide food and drink throughout the day and entertainment in the evenings.

Dejlig lejlighed, lækker pool for en børne familie. Dog var der ikke nogen lokale restauranterne i nærheden, kun engelske. Man skulle et godt stykke væk med bil for at finde god canarisk mad. Men alt i alt, rigtig dejligt sted.

Great Hotel, perfect place to chill out
Fabulous Holiday if you want to chill out and to be away from all the hustle and bustle. The lady at check in was brilliant who was so helpful and friendly. We will be back next year but for longer a week was just to short.

La résidence a deux grans atouts: un personnel très accueillant et sympathique et des infrastructures confortables (piscine, wifi, activités). le personnel fait vraiment tout le possible pour vous fournir un séjour de qualité y compris le prêt d'un appartement si votre avion pars après l'heure de check-out Les deux points négatifs sont un environnement presque totalement anglais (tout est tenu par des anglais et même le restaurant n'affiche que des produits UK) et la proximité avec l'aéroport qui implique des nuisances liées aux rythme des atterrissages et décollages

Fantastisk leilighetskompleks. Området er avlukket med låste dører og det går nattevakt om natten. Du har supermarked 30 sek fra området og det er en god restaurant samt bar inne på området. Merk: Du bør ha leiebil da det ligger ca 15 min kjøretur fra Los Cristianos og playa de america. Vi var en familie på 4, med to barn på 1 og 5, som hadde det fantastisk der i luksus leilighet. Denne har alt du trenger, 2 x tv, 2 x bad ,vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin rengjøring 3 ganger i uken, stor terrasse med utendørs grill og oppvarmet basseng samt lekeplass biliard og bordtennis med gratis Wifi. Anbefales for famile med leiebil som uansett skal kjøre til badeland, jungelland Loro Parks osv.osv 100% fornøyd med 1 måneds opphold.
