Upea paikka, kauniisti sisustettu. Siisti. Ystävällinen, mukava ja huumorintajuinen henkilökunta. Paljon ohjelmaa hotellillakin, jos olisi siellä viettänyt päivänsä. Muutamana päivänä aamupalalta puuttui tiettyjä tarjoiluja, mutta nekin varmaan vain siksi, että oli niin paljon majoittujia.

Tilava perhehuone
Olimme perheen kanssa 5 yötä perhehuoneessa, jossa pojille ja vanhemmille oli omat makuuhuoneet joissa myös omat kylppärit sekä yhteinen olohuone ja keittiö. Huoneistoon kuului myös tilava parveke. Vanhempien makuuhuoneessa oli oma tv samoin olohuoneessa. Keittiön varustus oli ok. Hotelli oli muutenkin ihan kiva. Oli pelialue jne. Uima-altaat olivat siistit. Emme ruokailleet hotellilla, emmekä käyttäneet muita palveluita. Ilman all-inclusive pakettia yksittäisten tuotteiden hinta-laatu suhde ei ollut kovin houkutteleva, toisaalta olimme lähes koko ajan menossa.

All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!

Overall, very nice resort that was family oriented. The food was just mediocre - most dishes lacked flavor and the variety could have been better.

Lovely 4 Star hotel, air conditioning provides a nice chill during the mid day sun. Decor very nice and very clean, the room smell nice and are over two floors with beds provided in both. The only negative whilst checking bed sheets in one of the beds a crockroach crawled out of the sheets - this probably happened whilst the room was being aired or came in with the sheets. The breakfast is good but dishes could be cleaned.

The resort is beautiful and the room was gorgeous (we had a 2-level with a kitchen, which was nice even though we went with AI). The food at the buffet was delicious with a lot of options, I would have preferred an a la mode restaurant on site for some variety, but what is there is excellent. The activities staff are wonderful (all the staff were wonderful, actually!), but the games room was lacking (broken machines, missing billiards balls, etc.). Easy to get a lounge chair. Well appointed amenities. Overall, it was a perfectly relaxing holiday. I would certainly go back.

The property itself was great, clean and comfortable beds and good facilities. The rooms were huge and well equipped with self catering needs. The location of the hotel was quiet and only a walking distance into Playa de las Americas. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Fantastic family resort
Fantastic covid safe stay with a huge 2 storey apartment with a balcony on each floor. We had such a lovely time we extended our stay by 3 days and the hotel gve a great deal and ensured we could keep the same apartment

Nice for a couple together but not for a family.
Nice hotel complex with apartments however not great for sharing for more than 2 people. The extra beds in the open plan living room are very comfortable and a lack of space to use them and store luggage as well. Avoid all inclusive deal as the food is not very good.

Bon potentiel mais prestations médiocres
Plusieurs points négatifs pendant ce séjour : Ménage pas fait alors qu'il était précisé que le ménage était effectué chaque jour. Seules les serviettes étaient changées, le sol laissé en piteux état, femmes de ménage qui n'avaient pas d'aspirateur et des cheveux et poils étaient sans cesse retrouvés. Après de multiples demandes d'amélioration à ce sujet, rien n'a changé au fil des 3 semaines passées sur place, nous avons dû acheter le matériel pour faire nous même notre ménage... De plus les appartements sont équipés d'un ballon d'eau chaude de 50 litres donc, si vous êtes nombreux ou adeptes de longues douches, fuyez ! Sans parler de la coupure générale d'électricité que nous avons subie pendant plus de 12 heures, avec pour seul dédommagement proposé suite à réclamation qu'un petit déjeuner.... Donc plutôt déçus de la prestation de cet hôtel dans l'ensemble. Pourtant, les appartements sont spacieux, bien aménagés et dans un cadre sympa, il y avait beaucoup mieux à faire en se donnant un peu de peine ! Dommage....

An honest opinion.
Not for us. Great for kids, teenagers and families. Not for the middle aged and older. No Porters and we had to climb 62 stairs to get to our room. Room was great. A/C inadequate, might as well not been there. Room No 23. Too many Sunbeds crammed around 2 small pools, far too claustrophobic for us, awful! Food could have been much better. Staff were awesome.

An honest opinion.
Not for us, a middle aged couple, very well travelled. Just too many kids and families for us. Two small pools with Sunbeds crammed around them, awful. Food could have been better but could have been worse. Room was up 62 steps and no Porters!! Not good when you’re nearly 60. Staff were brilliant, couldn’t fault them. No complaints with the room, a junior suite with a downstairs bedroom. Far too busy for us but fabulous for families and teenagers.

10 a los empleados del hotel
El hotel mucha lumpieza y con las medidas deseguridas. Los empleados es para quitarse el sombrero, amabilidad, siempre con una sonrisa un 10 por ellos. Lo unico que no me ha gustado ha sido la comida muy mala calidad y poca variedad. Para tener un buffet asi es mejor un menu a la carta y que sea de mas calidad.

buenos dias en primer lugar decir que como siempre la amabilidad es del 10 por parte de todo el equipo. si que es verdad que con esto del covid el tema del menu todo incluido ya no es tan abundante mucho mas recortado y con menos opciones a elegir con el tema de los snacks pasa lo mismo sugiero que tienen que abrir mas kioskos de bebida y snack para que el tiempo de espera sea menor. por lo demas como siempre maravilloso.

Vi havde købt morgenmad med i opholdet pga gode tilbagemeldinger på tridadvisor- men den var ikke god! Der var bestemt mange valgmulgheder, men dårlig kvalitet og ualmindelig meget larm fra de mange gæster. Vi var 4 personer afsted i en lejlighed til 5 personer, men der var ikke varmt vand nok til os alle 4 hvis vi ville i bad lige efter hinanden. yderst upraktisk når alle gerne vil i bad efter badetur inden vi skulle ud og spise i byen. Det var meget høj og efter vores mening rigtig dårlig underholdning. Vi deltog ikke, men larmen kom ind hvor min dreng og jeg sov. En aften gik min datter og hendes kæreste hen for at se underholdningen, men dem som underholdte, gjorde foran publikum nar af dem, da de kom, så de gik hurtigt igen. Vi ville gerne lave mad selv en enkelt aften, men der mangler mange ting køkkenet. Personalet er meget venligt, der er rent og mange faciliteter. vi havde lejet bil som var parkeret i kælder for 4 euro per dag- det fungerede fint. Men alt i alt må jeg sige, at opholdet på ingen måder levede op til vores forventninger.
