Platinum service wasnt worth of paying. Our junior suite was faced to the walking street and all the restaurants so it wasnt quiet at all during the night.

Hyvällä paikalla ,hyvä ruoka ja ravintola palvelu, tyylikäs iso hotelli, sviitti olili mielyttävä, ilman suuhta parvekkeella ok iltapäivä aurinkoon. Huonoa oli se että rakennuksen edessä olevasta ranra ravintolasta alkoi viimeistää kello 17 kuulua kovaäänistä musiikkia, olisin vielä halunnut olla parvekkeella myöhempään kosta aurinko paistoi lämpimästi aina kello 18,15 Toinen huono oli että kyseessä on kuitenkin katekoria sviitti hune niin terassin koko oli aika pieani ,erityisesti syvyyssuunnassa. Lattia oli kokoajan likainen ja pyysin sitä ajoittain pesemåån , mutta se olisi pitänyt pestä oikein koneella. Jääkaappi oli sijoitettu tiiviiseen kaappiin , kaapin ovea piti pitää aina raollaan muuten kaappi olisi ollut aivan kuuma ja jääkaapin teho heikentynyt. Tämä ei ole ainoa hotelli missä näin on , Oveen vain ilmastointi aukkoja ja kaapin takaosaan samoin, sillä korjaan paljon. Hyvää oli sänky . Riittävän jäykkä isollekin miehelle. Samoin pieni kulma sohva oli hyvä istua. Uima-altaan vesi oli juuri ja juuri tarpeeksi lämmin. Hotellissa oli rauhallista korona -ajan takia tammikuun 3 ensimmäistä viikkoa.Otelli on kuitenki aika kallis , vaikka tasoakin osittain oli hyvin.

Siisti, hyvä aamiainen, checkoutin jälkeenkin oli palvelut käytettävissä saman päivän ajan. Ainoa miinus oli, ettei uima-altaan vesi ollut lämmitettyä.

Tylsä aamupala, henkilökunta kyseli aina sisälle tullessa mitä harhailee hotellissa kun ei ole eläkeläinen niin ei näytästänyt voivan olla hotellivieras , hotellin lattialaattoja irti joka vaikeutti kävelyä , sijanti lähellä rantaa mutta vieressä kaupungin tulva-uoma, ravintoloiden tarjonta rannassa yksi puolista ja niiden kokkien taso ei ole kebabpitseriaa kummempi.

This is a very nice hotel. The food at the main restaurant is by best barely edible. It is a shame because the hotel is very lovely and has a chill relaxed vibe. We at most of our meals of site. I would have appreciated some carpet in my room and better towel/mini bar service. The staff is above helpful and friendly. Great ocean view and accessibility. Many local drinking spots very close by that have wonderful views of the ocean and tasty cocktails.

L'hôtel est magnifique. Nous avons eu la surprise d'être accueillie en mode VIP grâce à notre réservation suite platinium, belle surprise. Cependant nous nous sommes fait volé notre téléphone dans la zone rooftop platinium, accès limité ! Nous avons signalé cela à la réception. La seule chose qu'on nous a proposé c'est de faire venir la police pour signaler. L'hôtel n'est après cela plus revenu vers nous pour au moins savoir si nous passions un bon séjour malgré ce vol dans leur établissement. Mis à part ce fâcheux incident, nous avons passer un bon séjour.

Best hotel ever!
This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Everything is amazing from the staff to the breakfast to the pool area. The system of reserving sun loungers is genius. No leaving towels out. It’s a brilliant idea. And no kids 😀 We will be back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything.

Nice one week stay, very large hotel with many elevators, but stairs could have improved logistics. Food fine, but not excellent. Overall good value for money.

Great hotel
We had a great stay all staff were very nice and friendly the hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and outside with plenty of entertainment at night, only thing I didn’t like was having to book a sun lounger was a right pain but we managed to get a lounger and the room the beds were very soft to soft I couldn’t really get a good sleep but over all enjoyed our time thanks

As you approach the hotel and its grand entrance, you're filled with joy and excitement. The hotel is stunning. The rooms are very comfortable. The food is delicious. The location is fantastic. The only thing to keep in mind is the crowd at the hotel - it's fully targeting the retired and not so much the young. The activities are all designed for those born in 1950s to 1970s. So if you're a young couple looking for a happening place, this ain't it! We loved it anyway because old people are awesome and a complete treat.

There were no children around. The food was delicious, had breakfast every morning. The hotel was clean and beautiful but beware people of colour; expect some ignorant service from front desk.

We loved our stay at the Princess Hotels. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. The hotel pool areas are relaxing. High standard of cleanliness. We would recommend a Platnuim stay as the additional facilities and restaurants are superb. Great location as walking distance to beach and nearby attractions.

Little break away in a perfect hotel

Wir haben ein verlängertes WE gehabt. Da wir weder viel trinken noch essen, haben wir nur Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht. Mussten jedoch feststellen dass die Preise für das Essen und Trinken im Hotel überrissen war. Leider hatten wir nur ein Zimmer auf Strassenhöhe und Aussicht auf das Trottoir, bzw sie auf uns….
