Mukava hotelli lähellä rantaa, tosin hiekkarannalle on noin 800 metriä kävelymatkaa. Hyvä palvelu ja ruoka, mutta huono kahvi (hotellin lähellä olevat mukavat pikkukahvilat tosin pelastivat tilanteen :) )

Everything worked nicely
- spacious pool area (many pools) with the sound of the ocean waves in the background - no queues at breakfast or dinner (we had half-board) and the food was good - the room didn't have any sea view, but we didn't need it, the hotel itself was close to the beach - easy to find a parking place near the hotel and an easy access to the motorway - suitable for hikers - friendly staff at the reception - live music at the lobby in the evenings - a typical four-star-hotel Stayed February 2015, travelled as a couple

Olimme tilanneet ja maksaneet merinäköalan, otin kuvia parvekkeeltamme, merta ei näkynyt missään. Edessä iso kasvillisuus (ilman ditä meri olisi näkynyt). Saimme kuulema tilamaamme tilavamman huoneen, mutta se ei ollut viihtyisä. Vaihdoimme huoneen pienempään, josta nöki parvekkeelta, kun kurkisti, meren. En enää tilaa tämän sivuston kautta hotelleja.

El hotel tiene una entrada majestuosa. En el séptimo piso, donde me alojé estaban en obras, y empezaron desde temprano por la mañana con ruidos molestos; cosa que no se mencionó al hacer el check in. Eché en falta un par de botellitas de agua de cortesía , y al ir a buscar una al minibar , estaba vacío. Además había unas hormiguitas minúsculas, campando a sus anchas en una de las mesillas de noche . Busqué el nido pero no pude encontrarlo. Lo comenté con la señora de la limpieza y me dijo que había muchas , que son típicas de la zona. Seguramente sean inofensivas, pero creo que no es imagen para un hotel de 4 estrellas y deberían hacer algo para erradicarlas.El buffet de la cena, bastante variado y correcto. El personal en general muy amable y la cama muy cómoda.

We treated ourselves to a night here while visiting my mum who lives more inland. I remembered how kind and friendly the staff were the previous year when we had a day pass, and they were kind again this year. Our standard room was gorgeous with a huge balcony that the older kids loved. Beautiful grounds, but only one warmer pool..nice chilled out vibe. Felt classy and no queuing for anything, food and drinks of good standard.

Disappointing
My friend and I went to Tenerife for his birthday. I booked a 'family room' and requested in advance that there should be 2 beds. We were disappointed to find only one double bed and a sofabed. We paid around 850 euros for 3 nights, which had to be paid at check-in before we saw the room. We requested that the hotel add a second bed on the first day, but nothing happened. We asked again on the second day and were told something would be done. We were under the impression a single bed would be added. We were disappointed again to find they had only made up the sofabed. For what we paid, this was a very poor level of service. The room we were allocated was not very nice. It had zero view, blocked by overgrown vegetation. The room was in need of modernisation. For example, electric sockets were old and loose and there were no USB points. The food was very average and not up to the standards of other H10s I've visited in the past. I would not recommend this hotel, there are others that are far better and that take customer service seriously.

Das Hotel macht teilweise einen runter gewirtschafteten Eindruck. Defekte Lampen im Zimmer, verkalkte Duschbrause. Gläser die den ganzen Tag nicht von den Tischen am Pool abgeräumt werden.

From the time we arrived the staff was amazing the hotel absolutely beautiful spotless clean so much to do amazing swimming pools enough sunbeds for all staying there restaurants and food beautiful just so happy with it and we definitely be back there again.

Stay was good overall. Had some small issues at check in but they were sorted. Great hotel for family and chill out holidays. Room cleaned every day, great staff. Interior updating going on presently.

Rooms need an update.2 power outlets per room away from nightstands. A lot of pieces seems to survive from times when hotel was built. Food in restaurant mediocre, even though there is big variety.

The reception staff was very poor not warm and friendly people. The staff around the hotel was very engaging and helpful. O by the I was charged for storing my cycle bike in the garage it was not the cost it was the principle.

Lovely hotel plenty of sun beds and very well spaced out,,the evening entertainment was ok , but the Elton John tribute act was excellent,all the staff especially the dining staff are very efficient…our room was lovely we was give a Junior suite ,,although a couple of things a bit tied,,had a fantastic view…

Un séjour magnifique
Malgré le COVID, un séjour de 1 semaine magnifique. Idéale pour les familles. Je recommande cet hotel : un personnel agréable et qui parle français, plusieurs piscines, un hotel très propre, des buffets variés pour le petit- déjeuner et le diner ... Quoi de mieux ? :)

Excellent séjour - cadre sublime -
Superbe séjour en famille. La direction de l’hôte nous a surclassé suite à l’anniversaire de ma maman pour ses 80 ans. Nous avons demandé une chambre à côté de nos parents âgés, cela a été fait et une bouteille de champagne lui a été offerte ! Excellente prestation un service de qualité et des gens à l’écoute. Nous avons pris petit déjeuner et dîner sur 10 jours. Un grand merci aux personnels serveurs toute l’équipe est génial… sans aucun doute nous recommandons cet hôtel palace !!! Merciiii

Leider war das Hotel sehr enttäuschend. - Pool war am renovieren - Essen war sehr, sehr schlecht, immer das gleiche Buffet - keine Abwechslung! - Personal war nicht kompetent
